I want to like this app
It’s nice to have an alternative to Uber especially when their fares are surging. Sadly I’ve only had bad experiences using this app. The UI is bad. The app dropped back to the start and then I find I was charged twice for a ride - that never showed up!! They also don’t have a easy way to message or call them to find out what’s going on. Now I have to call my credit card company and have the charges cancelled. All they have to do is mimic Ubers app or Lyft…Show lessghgifsugodjcdhdjg
Sydney, Aus: cab driver taking his time
I ordered a cab in sydney and the driver took his time driving around the city. Never gonna use this app while in town.bubujimma
If you use the quick Apple Pay option, no info given to dispute ride
Did this at Sydney airport and went to pre arranged ride pick up area. The driver simultaneously accepted, started and ended the ride (I was not in the vehicle, nor was it in front of me). No way to dispute the ride as the website asked for trip info, no history shown in the app.HoosierTrvlr
App doesn’t work with int’l numbers
Visiting Australia and trying to use the app. It says it will text an international number and I am given the option to add my international phone code but the text does not work. Website also requires Australian text number. Will use different company.Siobbie
Terrible Service!
compared to uber, this app is a sham. the waits are consistently too long(at least in city center of sydney). drivers have no idea where they are going, and are rude. I have been driven by at least half a dozen drivers as I waited outside the front of my hotel. Note this happened at more than one hotel. When you get in the car, after you've already confirmed the address in app, they still ask "where are you going and whats the address" because they genuinely don't know where they are going from their side. it's terrible overall. Completely unreliable
I scheduled a taxi 12 hours in advance for 7:30 am to go to the airport. At 7:30 it says it is still looking for. Cab, same at 7:40. I call, they say they do t have any wagons available, but they did t notify me or offer to remedy the problem. Took over 30 minutes for them to get a taxi to me. Sure hope I don’t miss my flight. Worst service ever. No apologies, no offer to make it right.Show lessTripsforwork
