Hopeless app
I’ve tried to pre-book an early morning cab for the airport on my last three early flights and every time the app gets stuck on the request phase and does not acknowledge my booking. When I call to confirm the booking, the automated system does not proceed and so I’ve assumed the booking is not confirmed. At no stage have I ever received a confirmation and this morning the recorded message said that I’ve never booked with 13 cabs before which is not true. Anyway I gave up trying to navigate 13cabs and booked a ride share because it’s easy and I knew I would get an instant confirmation. As I was arriving at the airport I received a message that said the cab driver was almost at my house. This is the ride that was never confirmed! I felt sorry for the driver, but this is the fault of your app. I don’t understand why this app is so difficult to navigate compared to ride share apps.

Sydney, Aus: cab driver taking his time
I ordered a cab in sydney and the driver took his time driving around the city. Never gonna use this app while in town.

right on time, clean, plenty of room for luggage, cordial driver who did not need to chat.
Total disaster - do not use
I downloaded this app and booked a cab to take me to an appointment. The scheduled time came and 10 minutes later I was still waiting. The app showed my driver was 5 minutes away, the same time it showed when I checked it at the scheduled time. I tried ringing but the driver didn’t answer and I ws re-directed to message bank. I waited another 10 minutes - now late for my appointment. Still no answer when I rang and the app showed my driver was still 5 mins away with the car icon not moving. Another call to the driver with no answer. After waiting over 35mins, I cancelled, ordered an Uber and was on my way in less than 5 mins. I could see the Uber car on it’s way and was informed of the rego and make of the car for identification. The 13cab app does not have that feature. Will not be using this app again.

Poor app and poor behavior by company and its driver
Avoid this company. Booked a flight to airport from my home. The driver Ata took the booking and the proceeded to head 10 km in the opposite side. I know this behavior from the driver, they want the rider to call and give details of the ride and cancel. After the dude from being 4 minutes went to 15 minutes away.
Called the company call number. The attendant couldn’t be bothered. Was trying to cut my phone and hang up as soon as possible. His answer was that he has contacted the driver and asked to reach ASAP. The driver called up my wife’s phone instead of the phone I used for booking. Absolute junk app it leaks privacy information of your and your closed ones to driver.
In the end I had to book another cab and missed my flight. Called up the Helpdesk to cancel. He said to cancel it myself instead of him. Wouldn’t be surprised if the company charges me cancellation fees. App has already taken amount from my card.

If you use the quick Apple Pay option, no info given to dispute ride
Did this at Sydney airport and went to pre arranged ride pick up area. The driver simultaneously accepted, started and ended the ride (I was not in the vehicle, nor was it in front of me). No way to dispute the ride as the website asked for trip info, no history shown in the app.
App doesn’t work with int’l numbers
Visiting Australia and trying to use the app. It says it will text an international number and I am given the option to add my international phone code but the text does not work. Website also requires Australian text number. Will use different company.
Lacking support features
I might have dropped my wallet in one of your cabs and have not realised this after an hour. I tried to contact the driver but noticed that I won’t be able to do so once the trip is over. The only way to report a missing item was via the app. It has been 5 days since I reported and no one has replied at all. To my surprise, there are no other contact numbers to call for assistance other than to book another cab. It would have been great that I or someone can help contact the driver just so he could have checked right away. I would have had the chance to check the cab before it was too far away.
It would have been a very good app or service except for that feature. This should be looked into for the safety of the passengers.

Use another company and app!!
Don’t use this app, use another company that will actually provide the service you requested/paid for.
Non existent customer service and a joke of a company with no way for me to speak to an actual person and get my money back for payment taken for a service that we never even received because the driver didn’t come!!!! Multiple contact attempts and ZERO response. Cost of living is hard enough without having money taken for nothing. So here I am leaving my review and trying to get something done about it.
I prebooked a cab 24hrs in advance as we had a wedding to attend and the venue said all guests must be out by 10 as they lock the gates.
13cabs took my money at 9.45pm and said the driver was on their way, but all they did was drive around in circles for 15minutes (the same distance they were from us) and then completed the booking and left us with no way to get home on a Friday night in a quiet suburb where there were no other cabs/cars available - we ended up having to sit outside the venue on the side of the road in the cold while we tried to figure out what to do - and we have 2 little kids
It was an easy place to find and with GPS there is no way they couldn’t find it.
