Nice app but lost a customer
I used it before and was impressed - I could see the taxi being on its way and I think the driver could see my position, as I was out on the street.
I was trying to use it again, but could not login. I forgot my password - what's new in these days with lots of login Ids and passwords to remember.
The link sent to my mail box wanted my apple certificate! Where did they get their developer from?
I have now downloaded another app from a different taxi company!

App should be called Service Temporarily Unavailable
The app has great features but is full of bugs. I've been using it for two years but am tired of having to dismiss the Service Is Temporarily Unavailable message 5-10 times during each session. After manually keying in my pickup address (because the auto-locator was incorrect and wouldn't allow a simple edit of the street number) and after the little Service unavailable pop up, it cleared my entry, forcing me to start over. Also, the app often hangs on "finding your location" when. This is not due to GPS issues because Map applications find it without difficulty. They also appear to have removed the "Where's My Cab" feature. Aaaaaand one more thing, each time the app is closed, even briefly, it has to re-download the booking data. It should be retained which is possible with iOS multitask features. Get it together 13Cabs.Show lessDwaxs
Wish I didn't have to use it...
The one app I wish I didn't need to use. Somehow they've removed the ability to log in with an existing profile with this version. (And of course can't create a new profile with the same phone number as an existing.)
Also no ability to reset your password (in the prior version - and of course still not in this one).Show lessRazr2dot0
Clunky UI but the app DOES work
We've order 16-20 cabs with this app over the past 4 months. It does work and the cabs always show up on time. The app needs Retina display updates and a UI overhaul to make it simpler; push alerts when cab accepts booking and arrives would also be nice. Disappointed
Booking a cab using the mapping functionality doesn't work. Is off by about 500m. They've removed the ability to report service issues. The UI is VERY clunky and definitely doesn't do what you would expect... That's just the app. The service itself is pathetically bad. As I am writing this I've been waiting for a pre-booked taxi for more than 40 minutes. Yes, 40 minutes and that's during the day time. I was added to the priority queue 15 minutes ago...still waiting. Stay away from 13CABS. This ride, if it ever arrives, will be my last business with this company.Show lessorangehead911
Don't both using during busy periods
Several issues with this, cabs are either always 58Km away, or it will assign to car and then drop back to waiting or worse will change to picked up when you're still standing there. If you actually need to be somewhere on time just call them.WaitingSTILL3182
Great app, not so great service using the online booking
More often than not, when I use the online booking feature, the cabs arrive but either pick up another dare or leave if you are not outside ready and waiting for themOzboynyc

Bad ratings from people who discover they have to register first and then don't bother actually writing a review so the developers can improve? Unfair on this app. It works as advertised and without problems. The bad ratings are given for reasons other than the quality of the app.
Assuming you don't mid registering (how many other web services do you have to register for to use?!?) then you'll find this app very useful.Show lessdjc0
