Perfect Video/Photo transfer app
Love the way this app keeps the resolution and frame rate of my videos. Definitely a top 5 apps for me. However, I saw from someone who updated this app and now they require a subscription. I am an old user who did the one time purchase of a couple bucks. I for one am not a fan of having another subscription. Staying on the older version in the meantime, I do appreciate the easy to use experience and that may change my mind to get future updates. But, the way the older update is works great so far.Show lessMiner8

I don’t need to use this app every day, but when I do need it I love to know that it’s something I can ALWAYS rely on. It’s so simple, smooth, and it just works perfectly. I give this app such high praise because it’s one of the few apps that has been around for a while and hasn’t switched over to some scummy subscription plan just to use simple functions, and they’ve really only improved its functionality over the years. I bought this app a long time ago when it was cheaper, but I would certainly be okay with dropping $20+ for perpetual access; it’s worth it. I only have a small SSD on my PC and iCloud Photos insists on downloading to the drive over 30gb of photos. I have tried using various workarounds without success. Now I don’t bother and simply link my iPhone to my pc using we transfer and select the photos or videos I want and copy them over in a matter of seconds. Excellent basic photo transfer program.
Effortless transfer of photos from iPhone to Windows laptop. Setup was relatively straightforward with no hassles. Transfer time was quite fast even with full resolution photos. (I upgraded to the pro version which was excellent value.)Swissmodel1
Useless
Didn’t work. Zip file had some wired extensions which can’t be opened. Asking for money to get full resolution. Wasted my time.Budha ghar pe hai

It's incredible to me how difficult it is to transfer photos from the iPhone to PC. Apple clearly wants you to just buy storage; and Microsoft Photos somehow can't handle a large scale transfer, which is surprising in this day and age. Came across this app, thought it was out of date, but gave it a try - and it worked smoothly - including the "transfer + delete" option, which I particularly wanted. Wish there was a free tool that worked, but I don't begrudge these guys a few bucks, as they clearly have filled a gap. Only reason I docked a star is that I had to transfer in batches of 100, which makes it a morning project, rather than once and done - dev team, consider allowing larger batches at a time?Show lessGaaryG
Problems now
No longer opens on iPhone SE, iOS10. Tried delete app and reinstall, restart iphone etc, etc. Still no go.
Still opens on iPad Air2, iOS10. Go figure.
( Use Wifi Transfer App. Works on all devices no problems, even iOS 9. )cpthngr

Okay, I’ll be the 1st to say that I don’t use this app every day. However, when I do use this app, it works every time and is a fast and efficient way for me to move photographs and videos from my phone to my PC or vice versa. I would recommend this app to anybody that needs to transfer files on a regular basis.Show lessCiarriadh
