I grew tired of Apple and Microsoft not playing nice with each other resulting in a frustrating experience every time you wanted to transfer photos and videos using Windows Photos App or iCloud for Windows. This app really makes it easy, fast and reliable. Thank you!emansilla79
There’s no select all…
Once I’d nutted out the app it’s not too bad - but there’s no “select all photos and export” button which is what I desperately wanted. It’s quite an involved process to get 10 years of photos off a phone and there seems to be no way around that unless you put them on the cloud…. Played around with the free version but realised quickly I needed to transfer more than 10 photos at a go. Was able to do this when I upgraded - took me a while to realise you needed to move from page to page to select the photos so yet to see if it works. Like that I can change to jpg from the strange iphone formaf, it's been driving me crazy although yet to try this.Show lessLauraJaneP
Worth the small cost of an Upgrade
After wasting much of my rapidly-diminishing lifespan waiting for my iPhone to download videos via iCloud to my Mac I thought, “there must be a better way😢”
This is it… A direct way to speedily transfer files device to device without any fuss, complex instructions, and mouthfuls of jargon.
You simply pick the device you want to transfer from and tell the app where to download them to 😄 Can’t any get easier than that.
OK, the negative… I found the “Lite” version irritating with all it’s built-in limitations, but for under £20 GBR ($22.5 US) for a Lifetime Upgrade I found it to be brilliant value for an app that is close to perfection 👍🏼Show lessMartyn3383
Love this app!
I have returned again and again to this photo transfer app to download my iPhone photos onto my laptop computer for long-term storage. It has served me well through several iPhones including the iPhone for all the way up to and including now the iPhone 12 pro max with Windows 11. It is consistently reliable and I really like the windows application updates. It becomes more visually appealing with each update. Best Purchase I’ve made in four years
I’ll be brief.
I have a finicky iPhone whose charge port is very picky with the connection with my MacBook. In particular, the slightest bump during picture transfers will cause the files to be corrupted and lost.
I was so scared about this issue that for four years I didn’t dare touch the pictures on my phone. Some of which included my travels across the world to places that I will probably only visit once in my lifetime.
Last week I found this app, and transferred all 6,000 pictures flawlessly. From the bottom of my heart I am deeply grateful. My mind is now at ease that my pictures are safe and can be swiftly transferred to an external hard drive at my leisure.

Didn’t work
I purchased this app after reading all the reviews. I followed all the instructions in order to get a large number of photos from my phone to my laptop and it didn’t work. I went back and read more instructions, I switched the setting to jpeg as was suggested and it still didn’t work. I then attempted to contact and ask for help through the app, after waiting and receiving no response I decided to send another email with a detailed account of what I had done and what was happening and have yet to receive a response.
