Not sure what’s happened in past view months but I can no longer view survey responses in mobile app. No problem on desktop. Have deleted and reinstalled app. No difference. Cannot contact support or write an email as on a free plansarajgrea

This app is SO BUGGY. I have log in issues, had to log out of everything go through the process to change the password on both accounts even though I know it was correct. Then I just updated it to the password I know it was and it works now.
When creating an email, clicking in the text box or try to highlight a work to correct, or even add a word/correct spelling it just scrolls to the bottom of the screen. I’ve been trying to create a landing page for a week and I go through the entire process and when I click submit it just sits there like its generating it, but does nothing. Then when I go back it shows I started one, but nothing I put on it is there and the edit button DOESN’T WORK. I’m about to find a new service. This is ridiculous.Show lessItsmomplicated

I do a lot of my work on the road in the car and I use this app a lot. However, it would be very helpful if you could search for tags. We use tags with every campaign so we have a lot of them. But there is no way to search for them in the list of tags when you select from the menu. Please add this feature with the next update if possible. Thanks!Show lessmdknuts

Although it’s a great concept Mailchimp has slowly got less user friendly. The app looks the part but I’d actually terrible for doing anything other than sending a basic message. There is no way in the app to add images, blocks or buttons to messages so you have to either stick rigidly to your template or go on to a web browser and create the message first. Also adding which groups of recipients you want to send something to if you use tags is frustrating on the browser and pretty much impossible in the app. Finally generating the web link to your message doesn’t now seem possible, what’s going on Mailchimp??Show lessFishyric

Has potential to be a great tool BUT it’s not very user friendly. Things don’t work the way it seems they would. I feel I’ll have to watch too many tutorials in order to actually use ityestothispod
IPAD VERSION FRUSTRATING
Very poor experiences using this app on my ipad. Email editor wont scroll smoothly, edits are not saved intermittently, buttons are invisible, app crashes.Org’s Com’s Employee
Disappointed
I just spent a whole day trying to send out an email with this app. It was so glitchy on my phone that I gave up and tried using my desktop. Actually using the templates was fine, comparable to other website apps, but navigating the contacts was impossible. I could never figure out how to see all my contacts at once and could only ever look at the most recently added, even though the correct number of contacts was listed. Also having to learn all the new fancy words for the different categories of emails created an entry barrier that I was not able to get across. And I couldn’t figure out how to save the template and come back to it. I was never able to send a test email either, every time there was something that prevented it from sending. All in all, a completely wasted day. I’m trying Constant Contact tomorrow.Show lessKaibaibo

Two improvements would be
- being able to seeing who clicked on each link would be very useful on the app in our business
- the one button click to resend to non-openers on desktop would be a great additionpaige kraft
