Warmest and most caring host one can find

Uncle and aunty were absolutely amazing. They welcomed us like family when we arrived and hosted us aa if we were their grandchildren.
Uncle is very smart and understands English well. He pays attention to every detail and they both go beyond and above for their guests. Uncle spent time with us, helped us plan our 1-dayer in Jeonju.
If you wanna life with a grandparents like host and still receive a hotel like service, then this is it. This cutest little stay is close to all attractions and is quite easy to get to. Only 17 minutes taxi ride from Jeonju Station. Uncle even helped us book a cheaper taxi for our ride to the station.

We had an amazing two-day stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Upon check-out, they kindly offered us an additional room for an hour before our flight and stored our luggage safely until our departure at 4:30 PM, well after the noon check-out time.

What truly impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. I had accidentally left my gold ring, valued at $900 USD, in the room after checking out. I realized it two hours later, and when I informed the staff, they assured me the room had been untouched and allowed me to retrieve my ring just as I had left it.

This hotel’s staff truly are honest and trustworthy people. Highly recommend staying here!

Two night stay

Stayed for two nights. Room was very spacious and clean and newly painted, bed was amazing so comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Was recently renovated. Lovely staff to check us in and love the pen you can keep after signing in. We were given a free drink voucher and 10% off our meals in the restaurant. Meals were amazing at the hotel restaurant so we decided to go back the second night as well. You can use the back entrance to get to your room or go through the hotel. Our room was next to the car park but was quiet during the night. The only negative was the hotel wifi didn’t work for us, but we used our own mobile wifi. Has everything you need and on the Main Street, close to everything.

Awful customer service and care

I'm as a host, I called the customer service to help me with cancellation on a booking that shouldn't come through at all because my room was nit available. After waiting a long time on the phone, an half an hour chat with the customer service staff, with not getting any help, she was just repeating me. Her only chat other than repeating me was to "find a hotel for your guest.!!!" They also lied that they cannot reach the guest, when I called the guest he said he did not receive any call from them.
At the end not even they helped to sort out the situation after the call I found out that my listing is blocked and it is asking me to verify my address, I had to wait for them to send me a mail and ...
This is despite the fact that I was already hosting some guest and I am expecting other guests to arrive. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY YOUR HOST ADDRESS WHY YOU LET GUESTS BOOK AND PAY TO YOU?!
Since them I am trying to get a support from them, I am still waiting...
Shouldn't you have a better way for verifying your customers? Shouldn't you have a better customer service when people are relying on your services?

Incredible Monopoli central old city and port

Mauro communicated clearly and was always on hand if required. Heartfelt recommendation for this peaceful haven central in the port of the old city surrounded by cafes, restaurants, mini market, and the historic centre. Comfortable bed and furniture, great shower and towels, well equipped kitchen. Roof terrace icing on the top. Only issue are the stairs that are steep but there are hand rails and Mauro insisted on taking our bags up and then down at the end of our five night stay. We are early 70s with the normal knee issues and we managed. Good location for easy access to Bari, Polignano a mare, Alberobello and Locorotondo.

Staying here is a MUST!

Honestly, it was amazing to stay here! The owner is so generous, caring and kind. Yuriko picked me up from Mashiko Station.
She drove me to my ceramic workshop, drove me into the town of Mashiko, took me to the super market and when my phone charger broke, Yuriko lent me hers and then took me to the electronic shop to get a new one. The breakfasts are next level! Healthy and very fulfilling. I did my laundry twice within my 5 day stay… (I did have clay on most of my clothes so needed the extra washing.) You can also use the electric bikes, even though I didn’t end up doing this. Would stay here again and again and again. I took her out to dinner to thank her for everything she had done to make my stay comfortable.

Best way to find exactly what you want

Really great website. It’s simple to navigate the site (phew), and the drop down menus/filters make it easy to get exactly what you want (i.e. pool, spa, parking, bar…always get one with a bar).
I’ve used the site for a while now, and consistently find that the rooms here are cheaper than some brand sites (not naming anyone - I may need to stay with them again 😀).
The hotels range from really good to 😳. Just saying that you aren’t always assured of a warm greeting on arrival, but that’s more about the hotel/management/staff, and that’s why it’s important to leave reviews
In summary, great way to find the right place for short or long stays

We had the most incredible stay at Villa La Massa with our 1-year-old daughter, Annabel. From the very start, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had to change our booking dates, and the team was beyond accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a generous upgrade to a more spacious and luxurious room that offered a stunning view of the river—an absolute dream! We enjoyed a beautiful Sunday lunch accompanied by live piano music, which created such a warm and elegant atmosphere. Every staff member, especially Tamara, treated us with kindness and open arms, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The service was impeccable, whether it was room service, dining, or the remarkable cleanliness of the hotel. Our little girl Annabel was showered with attention and love by the staff, who were so playful and caring with her. She adored the hotel from the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave. It’s clear that Villa La Massa has an immaculate team—from the housekeeping staff to the kitchen, pool staff, and managers, everyone contributed to a flawless experience. Special mention goes to Tamara, who was an absolute star—not only to us but to all the guests. Her warmth and professionalism made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend Villa La Massa to anyone, and we can't wait to return with friends and family!

Great Hotel Stay In Lake Tahoe

I've Traveled around the World and all of America & am a Native Californian. By far the best Hotel we have stayed out. I applaud the establishment and the House keepers for keeping the rooms very spotless and clean. Felt like I was at home with plenty of space for couples getaway or even family. Having a microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer and the fireplace for winter trips was so nice ! The added touches of the towels on the bed were Resort Like Feels! Bed was very comfortable , wood floor was nice , having contactless check in was quick and the responsive time was the quickest I've had at any stay. The private Beach ( Lakeside Beach) is less than a half mile walk or 1 min drive . Other hotel/ motels/ resorts near Tahoe are double the price and were not as clean or spacious or offer amenities like a fireplace , iron and microwave . Stayed at a nearby hotel and their shower barely dripped. I could tell they just installed a new shower head at the Jeffrey and is nice to see they upkeep their establishment unlike other hotels nearby . I would take not having a pool/spa for what they offer. I mean the Lake Tahoe is the main attraction ! I will definitely return and highly Recommend this Hotel stay to Family and Friends for both summer and winter Tahoe Trips. Made our first trip to Tahoe with our Infant a great and comfortable stay! Wish I would have booked our entire stay here will definitely do so next time !
