  • I can’t login

    Hi, I don’t want to give the app a bad review because everything is just working and its good:) but sadly every time i try to login it says it “doesn’t work and that i need to try later” but i’m trying now for like 4 days and i know for 100% sure my password is correct and its quit annoying I hope you guys know what to do because I have exams in 2 weeks😕 but guys have a great day💕

  • DO NOT USE: SCAM

    I bought a train ticket on the app and when I tried to scan it in the train station, it wouldn’t work. When I contacted customer support they told me they could not refund the ticket even though I had never used it. A waste of my money and time.

    Dear Yeehaw 2001. I'm sorry for your experience with the tickets you bought. Could you please tell me where you scanned your ticket? Was it a turnstile with a glass surface or not? QR-codes can only open turnstiles if the turnstile has a glass surface. If it was a train station without turnstiles you do not had to check-in with your ticket.
  • Okay for basic functionality

    Works fine for buying tickets but no integration with Apple Pay or Apple wallet.
  • Can’t reserve bike spot on the app

    Every time I click on “reserve a bike spot” when booking a train ticket, a browser pops up and says hyperlink not valid. Even if I try to log in to my account, it still doesn’t work. I can only do it on NS.nl and on my computer. On the smartphone version of NS.nl, while booking a place for bike, Google Captcha will show up on top of the page and it’s not impossible to scroll up to verify the Captcha. So many bugs. Please fix.

  • Tickets

    Why is the process of buying tickets and retrieving them so convoluted
  • Check in with phone

    I think there must be a simple with to connect personal ov chip card with the app do that you can simple check in and out with you phone. It sounds simple but would be one of the best feature.

  • Works just fine

    There may have been problems in the past, but I installed the app , bought a ticket with a UK credit card, and transferred it to Apple Wallet in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of timetable and current info as well.

  • Payment issues

    Whilst in general the app is easy to navigate, the whole point is to surely make it more convenient to buy a ticket.
    Sadly this is not the case.
    I tried several times to buy a ticket using both my debit and credit cards to no avail.
    I cannot fault the Dutch public transport system, it’s so easy to use (GB could learn an awful lot) in fact a great deal easier than getting a ticket on this app.

  • Doesn’t really work well

    App Store says its available in English and Dutch. But there’s nothing in English, which is bizarrely provincial given how many expats are living in NL and using NS services. If you have time and patience, get this, else wait until (if ever) a language besides Dutch is supported.

    Hi MohsinTS, If your iPhone is set to anything other than Dutch the app should be automatically in English. If your phone is set to Dutch you can switch the app manually by going to "Meer" > "Instellingen" > "Taal" > "English 🇬🇧".  Please let us know if this worked for you. Cheers, Tieme NS App team
