React Native is obviously a downgrade
The new app version using React Native just doesn’t perform to the level of the iOS version. There’s less functionality and high latency in data feeds. Sure, the code base might be easier to manage but it’s to the detriment of experience.

THE WORST OF THE WORST
Shopify’s cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated, even with external resources like Google. There’s no clear way to contact a real support representative, relying instead on blog posts and forums, which feels inadequate. In contrast, purchasing a subscription is extremely straightforward, creating the impression that the system is designed to keep charging indefinitely. I strongly advise against subscribing unless these practices are improved.

Overall not bad but customer service is the worst!
Honestly the app and business isn’t bad and if it wasn’t for the customer service it would get probably 5 stars, but the customer service, my god, has to be the most awful I’ve ever seen, I can only liken it to getting blood out of a stone. Blind paraplegic monkeys would do a better job than who ever Shopify has to do their customer service. They seem to know little to nothing about the platform, can very rarely, if ever help, seems non of them have ever even used the platform or had any training in it. It’s such a waste of time and beyond frustrating as a paying customer feels like a huge middle finger from Shopify, it’s insane it’s so bad genuinely I am shocked.

Best entrepreneur app out there.
If you’re looking for the best legitimate e-commerce business platform and want to legitimately be an entrepreneur without needing to be wealthy from the start or go into a ton of debt, this is the perfect platform. At a very low cost of $40 a month on the normal basic plan which gets you a lot, you have in many cases extremely low business costs to run your business that in many other cases is virtually unheard of, especially if you where to pay for retail, production, and warehouse space. In the case of print on demand, you have no additional costs besides the cost of creating the product. I highly recommend this platform, there is no better e-commerce platform out there for entrepreneurs that want to build their own E-commerce business brand. Amazing

Don’t use Shopify payments
They will randomly stop depositing your sales and there is no support only AI Chat bots

Biggest scam i have ever seen. You cant talk to anyone. Always a robot. I was just trying it out and now i cant delete my account. I deleted it 3 weeks ago and now i am getting 60$ charges. They are just scamming thats it. Worst app i have ever used.
Be aware shopify
Be aware When you pay the plan, it’s says cancel any time, but it’s not!!! You can’t cancel any of your accounts, they will frozen your account if you are not pay. Doesn’t replay after a week without solutions.
Compare Function
Would be nice through the app to be able to compare to last year same period/month etc.. as of a few days ago since Black Friday this function disappeared completely. Even though this was there before it was very clunky and messy to use.
Charges me 600 for POS and wouldn’t refund me
Terrible customer service. Good luck getting any refund. Don’t click on any extra features by mistake - you’ll pay dearly. Just learn to code your own site. This is way too expensive.

I am so disappointed in Shopify they took my PayPal money I was going to do something for my son with and still trying to take money and I am not even with them. Wow!
