  • Good app but short

This app is great but is to restrict. It should be more malleable.
Also, it flickers a bit when doing backups, moving a student or on different (rare) occasions. A bit of a bug to fix.
  • I really like it!

I used this app the second half of last year and I found it really useful and helpful! The student data was great to have on hand parent teacher interviews because I could readily and easily access attendance, behaviour and grade information for the discussion. The students were quite fascinated by it.

I would love to see a copy feature for class sets, where you teach the same class in several topics, so you don't have to retype all the setup information into each subject.

Overall, a very useful app and such a steal for the price!, keep it up folks!

  • Underestimated

I didn't think that this app would be very good but it honestly has done more than I expected or hoped that it would! It has things that I would even think of recording and its so easy to navigate! The only addition would be something to do with curriculum or adding what you would like to teach on a specific day maybe a note function? Or perhaps there is one that I haven't found yet and this app is flawless!! Hands down best app I have.

  • Great app for every teacher

Really useful app to track and keep notes on students
  • Potential is there

Had issues with getting my class lists onto the app. Once on there it was rather nice and easy to arrange once i figured out that students were layered on top of one another. I love that I can leave comments however, it would be great if I can leave multiple comments at once. another nice addition would be to be able to leave reminder comments about students it. Reminder that they have an overdue assessment to hand in still or a detention to do etc. the potential for an amazing app is definitely there but not quite yet

  • Easy

Easy translation from paper to screen for teaching one or several classes.
  • Useful but limited

As a primary school teacher, I have one class of students, but teach over 6 subject areas. The app is not really set up for me to make the most of the grade book. It is great to be able to mark the role easily, and keeping track of student behavior is fantastic (especially in a small school which hasn't invested in expensive database software). But what I really need, is to be able to track student progress across different subject areas, and to be able to define where a student needs help. At the moment I have set up a different class for each subject, but this has been time consuming to repeat the same student data over and over, as importing excel data doesn't seem to function properly. Even when doing this, I can't really break down each subject. I can create an over all grade for Math, but I want to be able to see the areas of math that a student knows and does not, for example, number, chance and data, space and geometry, patterns and algebra, etc. Until this functionality is present, I can only rate 3 stars, however, I see the great potential this app has. What it does already, it does well, and for a free app it really delivers. I would be happy to pay for this app and rate 5 stars if it could satisfy all my demands, until then, I still need to use excel spreadsheets to manage all the data from student tests and create grades.

  • Extremely convenient and user friendly.

This is a very useful App to keep track of students. The admin support are receptive to improvements and refinements.

I'd give it 5/5 for day to day functionality and reliability....and that it's free! But 4/5 for inability for direct online syncing, which means that surveying the data elsewhere is not without lots of reconfiguring and shuffling.

I use it daily to keep track of over 20 separate classes.

  • Handy

A very handy utility to use on my tablet. Makes collecting marks and making behaviour notes very easy. I also like the ability to attach pictures to the students. This would easily be 5 stars if there were more export options for the data collected -- it would be nice to be able to sync the data with my reporting software without having to re-enter it.

  • Very Good

Have only recently started to use this and some of my critical comments may be because I'm not proficient, but anyway .....
Like: not only having students pictures in front of me but also being able to move them to seating plan then revert to alphabetical as needed. Facility to email students by group or individually very easily. Ability to add positive and negative comments and have the student "flagged".
Improvements: would be helpful to be able to fade the "flagged" comments once they have been dealt with (especially from a form tutors viewpoint). Grade information is too restrictive ..... To be useful needs to allow alpha grades, numerical, % and target info.
