Useless
Could not check in on one leg. Seat selection broken. Does not update properly for completed legs. Confusing, illogical UI.
This was my first time flying with KLM, being one of the few carriers I have not flown with. To call the experience horrendous would be an understatement. Terrible food, rock hard seats and extremely unfriendly staff makes this one of the worst airlines on earth. AVOID!!

Bag allowance is not correct
The app said I was allowed 1 checked and 2 carry on. But when I got to the check-in counter KLM said I was not allowed any checked bags and was required to pay €40 for my bag. KLM didn’t even give me the Flying Blue member’s discount. Also the app does not show actual ticket information (just the ticket number) even though there is a button for ‘ticket details’.

Terrible integration
I can’t check in because part of my flight is with KLM subsidiary Transavia. I can’t check in at Transavia app because part of my flight is with KLM. I can’t check in with Delta app (ticket provider) because flights are operated by KLM and Transavia. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult coordinate at the very least online/app check in services between these airlines after years of partnerships.

My first time using KLM/Air France/Flybe connections...brilliant.
Thankyou for the great flights and lovely on board flight attendants. You made my trip a happy and memorable one. Love the smiles and happy nature of the on board crew. KLM booking on line was so user friendly.
Thankyou to Carly, Shauna & Grace on the Flybe flight Paris to Cardiff. It must have been a tiring day for you all with the weather delays that day. You still had smiles for everyone. The extra time in Paris airport was a nice extra break. :)
I hope to book another flight with KLM & partners soon.

Great app
This is a great app. The latest update took care of the bug in the rewards section. Very user friendly and it has everything you need.
Missing extra options
Love having this app. Would like it more if the app also allowed you to book cars and hotels with it. On the internet you can book cars and hotels, but not with this app.
Not good
Can’t even get flights statuses.

App dose not work. Tried dozens of times to book. Keeps say try back later. Tried every hour on the hour . Still does not work. Tried other carriers & they work perfect. Please fix your glitches.

Not consistent with my travel, shows miles but not flights so no correlation between travel and status
