Bugs
I rely on this app because I fly KLM but there is always something down. Right now I can’t use the award booking tool. You click on it and nothing happens. Other times you can’t login. I wish they would get these small bugs fixed. Otherwise this app is critical and so valuable
Pretty good
Downloaded at the airport and was super easy opening and pulling up my boarding pass. Next day trying to check in was frustrating. Figured out they wanted a birthdate validation but was not obvious. Then would not accept my date until I scrolled in the year first.
Convenient and easy to use.
Travelling in Europe we have used the app a few times and found it easy and convenient. It is regularly updated Bookings, check in and inquiries all easy. Made “life on the road” stress free.
Mostly, perfect.
The app is the perfect choice for frequent flyers with KLM. Only things that I concerned is my flying blue account is always not working and I recommend flight status to be inside the app itself, not in internet. But overall, very impressive.
KLM is better off without Air France
Fully agree with previous review(s);
Customer care, smoothness of operations and especially friendliness of flight crew and ground staff is a gigantic difference between KLM and Air France. Air France need to get their act together and learn from KLM.
Unfortunately the customer service of Transavia handled in France (during strikes at Orly airport) was a disaster too: “Sorry your flight is cancelled, we’ll refund you..goodbye” seriously??
Almost seems as if customer care for any of the brands KLM, Transavia and Air France are all operated by Air France in France. Which explains the poor response during strikes. Hurts to see KLM getting damaged like that.

KLM, you can do better.
Terrible. Looks great. But full of bugs, to the point of being unusable. Discarded in disgust after one very frustrating afternoon at Schipol.
Skyteam and its partners
As a sky priority frequent traveler it is always interesting to see who cares about customers, and who is missing the mark. Within the skyteam partners this point is extremely apparent. Between KLM and Airfrance, for example, there are sometimes such stark differences that you have to wonder whether the partnership brings value or damages the others’ image/brand. I for one, am reconsidering. Airfrance seems to have very little ‘customer care’ common sense. This begins at the airport in paris where there is a line wtg for passport check +200 with one agent checking passports (yes, i aware that AFR is not directly responsible for immigration - but the airport process is certainly an influencing factor for airlines to improve) and continues with the boarding process (no priority boarding for business class - skypriority lines are effectively longer than the the non-priority lines). In fact, the agent INSISTED that I wait in the sky-priority line, which was 2x as long. :-(
KLM remains a preference; and as a long time skyteam member , i can only hope that AFR gets its act together, as the brand is tarnished and impacting the image of KLM.
In summary, if the AFR CEO took time at the gate front facing his customers ... maybe things would change .. or maybe not.

Great app
I fly with KLM every week and 98% of the times it was working great. Its user friendly, intuitive. You can see your FlyBlue status and details about it too. Get your boarding pass. Notification about gate number for your connection flight - very useful when you are in rush.
Thought I'd prefer to be able to change my flights from the app as well; so far it's only possible from the website
Now I'm preferring to use KLM for my flights. Easy to use app, great service and wonderful experience in general
Nov'17 update: I'm very happy to see that I could change flights in app now.
But I still have an issue when my travel document details are not coming up automatically. Sometimes I'd add details on first page, get out of app and then travel document details would come up automatically , but sometimes I'd have to get my document to fill in all details manually
