Garbage
Touch ID and OTP can only be set up for one device. OTP is unreliable and can lock you out of your account if it fails, causing you to have to call them to be able to log in again. Customer service is useless. Bank elsewhere.lcalabrese

I complained few days ago about not supporting face id but was able to set it up when I logged in the app yesterday. But there surely is no menu I can set it up in settingsJae us

Blank white screen
After the latest update, all I get now is a blank white screen. Currently the app is completely unusable. Hope there's a fix very soon.Chaps UK

Too simple
Can't view your own account numbers which is necessary to know when depositing at a NAB branch.
Also the app seems to require typing (and not pasting) a password - making it difficult to use a strong password.Ta9567

app freezes when switching between views. Exit app and return, viola, it loads.
