What have you done?
The previous version worked well. However, the current version just does not work at all. Cannot generate OTP, what is the point of this upgrade? Very disappointed and I am felling so inconvenient! Please solve the issue.OzBoiler

Just don't try and transfer to any other bank other than your own savings. It can't handle more than that.Aezarra
Not functional!
Citibank is now requiring an OTP for transfers between accounts. This app was supposed to help make that happen. No OTP sent, despite multiple tries, help searches, etc. And because all this has eaten up two hours+, I've had to re-login multiple times. Just wrote requesting help and response was "2-3 days". I need to do my transfer today, so I'll have to call Oz from the US ($$$) to try to get ahold of a human. Very annoying!!!Show lessStig O'Tracy
Only useable for checking balance
I have a Citibank account in Australia and the USA. This App does not allow for transfers from my Australian account to my USA account. Really frustrated that this functionality doesn't work. Please fix!Kansasgirl111

V2.1 - Basic, but works
As an international user I don't have a lot of the icons. It works and allows me to view my accounts and make transfers, both local and international. That's all I need.James_Foster
No Support
When this app works, it works pretty well. When it doesn't (which happens), getting support awful!
Multiple phone conversations. Long times on hold. Many "I apologise . . .". But no one can help!JoeinOz
Bad start, Just a web interface
"Error", "We are currently updating our systems" and "You have timed out" are not the three things you want to see when logging in to an app. (Especially as I tried it as soon as I got the email about it. Shouldn't they have updated their systems *before* spruiking them?) In the end I didn't even see my account balance. And the interface looks suspiciously like a web page, not a native iPhone app at all. Not a very impressive first foray into iPhone apps, Citibank.Show lessGreenDozen
