  • Before latest upgrade was great

I loved the previous version of this app. It was straightforward, intuitive and it just worked. Now, evening finding the place to access a conference call is like a secret. The old version had a tab for that—called conference. I don’t think this is an improvement. Staff are asking me how to use it. Never with the previous version.

  • Poor performance

Be prepared for scam calls and texts.
This morning I had to “sign in”. Appears they have performed a maintenance; however, once signed in, waiting for email to verify my identity, the app has now froze up.
Poor performance and technical function for AT&T.
I am hoping the app improves because the purpose for IS a good idea and is needed for people working “out of the office”. It enables one to stay connected without having to carry multiple phones.

  • Rarely works

Doesn’t work well on my phone and is especially bad on PC. Don’t recommend at all.
  • It’s Okay, But Needs Improvement ...

... Calls are often choppy sounding and if you’re on a call with another call coming in, the 2nd incoming call would go directly to voicemail w/o having the option of answering. Additionally and most of the time the calls will only ring once or maybe even one-half a ring and then go to voicemail. Not nearly enough time for someone who is working at something else to have time enough to answer! I believe if these problems could be improved or even all together alleviated this would make the Office@Hand app one of the very best secondary line apps available on the market today.

  • ATT is the Worst

If you like horrible customer service with an IT support team that is completely clue less then ATT is a great option. Hours of trouble shooting and they tell me my line is not ringing due to a KNOWN problem. Complete Joke.
  • Cannot keep up

I will give it to the companies involved, this is a massive undertaking to have the available features- I can appreciate that for sure. The major upset is that the execution and application is always a miss. I am not exaggerating when I say at least once a week, we experience problems because the app is not compatible with system updates or vice versa, or numbers don’t link correctly, or setting up voicemails doesn’t work, or calls keep dropping, or, or, or..... I wish the system was more seamless but for now we are trudging thru as best we can.

  • Functional but disappointing

Got prompted To review, so basically I was using the latest version of RingCentral through my nonprofit. We have decided to try the Office@Hand app, however it’s features are lacking some of the Abilities that ring central had incorporated into their app. Feels like we jumped back in time using older software. Still working bugs out but cannot delete individual calls ... For example must clear the entire call log. So far quite buggy with just basic set up of how to dial out and what phone number shows up when I’m dialing out. Hopefully it will smooth out but has been a rough start

  • Good App, but could be better

The things I don't like are what has been mentioned before. That it interrupts a current phone conversation when a call comes in, the alerts to text messages are not always coming through and what I don't like at all is that the it often doesn't ring when a call comes in through the app.
Also important to me would be to be able to group text which has not been possible. Please add that - it’s the 21st century! When I have to group text I have to do either from my personal number, which defeats the purpose of having a business number, or I use my google voice number. That’s pretty sad .
I think those features are very basic and should be provided on a solid basis.
What I do like about the app is that I have business phone number on my regular phone. I am a Realtor and really have to have my number everywhere. So this is a nice option. It works pretty often, just not always. I get the phone calls also on my computer which is great and the notifications also come to my email. So this is helpful so as to not miss a call that could potentially cost me several thousand dollars.

  • Works as expected!

Been using since March 2019! Overall it’s does what they say it is supposed to do. When there is static it’s the weather or Internet... so I give it a 4 overall!
  • Office NOT at Hand

Do not use this app or Office@Hand if you are a business and want to use this for your cell phone use. I found out the hard way! The customer service is horrible and there’s so many levels that you will need to talk to. You will spend hours and hours talking to tech service to help you figure this out and there’s no instructions about it so I hope no one ever talks you into using this.
Even when I tried to cancel this service they screwed that up! So I had to have my account re-opened and they had to do another credit check to reopen my account so that I could go ahead and close it in Port my number back. What a nightmare! Beware!!!
