Zones versus gates
Airport is more organized than our last trip. Clarification between zones and gates is a little confusing if you don’t travel through here a lot.

This app can help you find your flight information and get good information on what terminal you are arriving at pr departing from. Definitely using this next time I fly to London.

Dreadful Update
What has happened to this app? I use this to do pickups from Heathrow and place flight arrivals into the my flights area as and when I receive, sometimes adding them up to a month in advance. Tried to add some flights for September… can’t search arrivals by date any longer… what?!?? Have to do multiple clicks and have to access via airline. So frustrating. Also the calendar is wrong… it says the 5th of September 2024 is a Saturday… when it’s a Thursday and the 30th of August is showing in September. Please fix and simplify. Terrible.

Heathrow App
Overall it’s a good app. Within the detail it would be useful not only to see when flights have landed but also when they arrive at their gate.
Notification of flights arriving late could be signalled earlier to avoid leaving for the airport to soon.
When arriving flights are early or late an audible notification when flights are loaded in the app would be useful.

Useless Waste of time
It doesn’t work any longer in the past month I have scanned the barcode almost half dozen times for more than 50 pounds and I got no rewards - spoke to duty free. Boots and shop salespeople at Heathrow and they said it’s a very common occurrence. I don’t recommend it any longer.

Really really bad
This app is a disaster. You log in to book parking. But to use any membership rewards you have to log in separately. Again. And it’s impossible to use those membership rewards. Credit card info doesn’t automatically populate. No email address to contact them, just a premium rate number. Someone probably got paid a lot to create this excruciatingly painful experience that is designed without any intuition, except giving users that increasingly common feeling that they don’t care, just pay.
