Well ok..ish
Someone enters the data and the app publishes it correctly. However it does not work in alignment with Heathrow operations. Normally I use it for departures whereas yesterday I used it for arrivals. My husband’s flight arrived… I was notified, was it correct? Yes the information was correct. Got panicked managed to reach airport to pick him up, but though the plane was by the gate, they didn’t open the plane doors, so they were left in the plane for an extra 20 minutes. Luckily I had parked in short term car park by then. We started waiting inside, voila the message arrived saying luggage was arriving. No they were not… at the end I ended up paying 17gbp for car park. It was supposed to be a 30 - 45 min visit max and I ended up for 2 hours… could it be better if I didn’t use the app, well I think it would have been exactly the same. The app is there working as it was designed but if the surrounding processes are singing from a different tone, then benefit is not fully there, but we have an app to entertain us.

Amazing app
This app is amazing. Not just amazing, but it’s easily the best airport app I’ve ever used. The walking times are accurate, the directions, and the flight information are all just so well made. I love this app!

Worst airport app ever
Literally the worst and probably most useless airport app. You create an account thinking it will save some information of yours, go and try to book a car park. It asks you literally every single detail such as email address, name, car registration and even the Heathrow card number. Then on the payment part, the stupid app doesn’t allow you to put the credit card details automatically which are saved on your Apple Wallet so you have to literally type it every bit. Possibly a 5 year old wrote this app, or a person with a 5 years old view

Notifications before airlines!
This is the best app. I’m so happy I have it. I had a notification several hours before British that my flight was canceled, giving me opportunity to rebook. If I had waited for BA I would not have had any options left. The app consistently sends notifications in an extremely timely manner and the maps are good. I would recommend this for anyone connecting via Heathrow.

Great information, really helpful for us chauffeur service drivers
As a chauffeur collecting clients from Heathrow’s terminals it’s so helpful to have accurate flight information in advance so that we are able to respond to our clients needs whether they land early or late we are in position to collect them with a minimum of fuss and it’s helpful to be able to keep down their parking costs as waiting time is kept to a minimum A Webster AWebsterExecutive
