Notification need to improve please
No, this is a great app - the flight I saved in the phone didn’t synchronise very well with the Apple Watch -occasionally does it, but it’s very hard to make it work properly Please kindly make 2 following improvement, then I’ll be so happy to put a 5 star for this :- • iPhone and watch synchronises is very important. Please make it really workable synchronisation between phone and Apple Watch AND •• and should have a little notification - Keep coming about -flight have departed other end , then - then 45 minute before landing, and then - and then when touch down and then - and then when baggage in hall etc . = all notifications should be on an a Apple Watch continuously And most importantly, there should be option to select or deselect personalise notification only - I don’t want any other marketing notification or any kind of other notification, except the above mentioned notification -therefore I want to be able to customise my notification Thank you,

Lot of promise but gaps
The app is generally good but looks lacking in two areas.
First, the app doesn’t show the arrival and departure GATES. I am connecting through Heathrow and the app only shows terminal 5. I believe I have to go from a gates to b gates but app flight status doesn’t show it (btw neither does ba). As the connection is short, the app doesn’t help show me where to go.
Second, the interactive terminal map doesn’t work.
Without this functionality, the app has little value other than to show food and shopping.

Love This App
This app is a Life Saver. Instead of anxiously looking at the big screens, this app gives you your gate number a few minutes ahead of time, without a fuss.

Superb App!
One of the best Airport apps there is out there. Very intuitive and easy to navigate. The only that’s missing is a “Search” function and volume control for the announcements feature.
Transiting Heathrow
Like the app no can get an idea of the layout and what services and shops are available. It would be good if the maps were in 3D or even interactive to get an idea of coming off a plane and moving through a terminal space.
Wiped my points balance due to inactivity during the pandemic
What an absolute sham and waste of my time it was signing up to the rewards program. I signed up years ago, and have been providing my number every time I book parking or Heathrow Express. I recently went to check on my balance, as I was sure I must have clocked up a significant balance, but it wouldn’t let me log in.
After a few days of trying to get hold of someone in customer service, I’ve just found out that they closed my account due to inactivity (during the middle of a pandemic!!), so balance has been wiped and any points i should have earned since have gone into a black hole. But they’re “sorry for the inconvenience”. Oh okay, that’s alright then

Well done App
We fly regularly from LHR and the App is great for flight times and information. It’s also handy for parking and other logistical information. Amongst the most useful of airport apps we have used.

Useless if you are interested in collecting points
Shocking. I collect Heathrow rewards points so I expect to login and see how many points I have collected and what I can redeem them for or they are worth…..it’s a very simple ask….but no! Once you log in (which by the way is a right pain because if you don’t use Face ID or do for the first time it needs your email address, a password AND your rewards number which has 16 digits and you can’t copy it from your card in your apple wallet!!!) you then have to log in AGAIN WITH THE SAME DETAILS to look at redeeming a voucher from a different dashboard!
It’s obviously a bunch of different systems combined with an app front end but to have to jump through (login) hoops to move around is hardly user friendly
