Heathrow Applicatiom
It works well and is very informative. All airports should have something like this application.
My most frustrating app.
When you can get into it it’s great BUT even though all my Heathrow Rewards info (including Rewards card in my wallet) & my app log in info is saved in my Keychain, every time I turn up I cannot sign in. I am trying to sign in (again) but it doesn’t remember me. To manually enter the log in info I have to supply 3 pieces of info (email address, log in password AND Rewards number (which you cannot copy and paste from the card in the wallet) and when I did that it did not recognise the password (not enough digits?) WHICH IS SAVED IN MY PASSWORDS. 🤯

Doesn’t load
Seems to be stuck on spinner on launch. All other apps are working on my connection so either doesn’t work or must be downloading something massive

Will Not Open Once Downloaded!
I had this app previously on my last trip through London Heathrow, but removed it to save data storage. Am about to fly through Heathrow Airport so I downloaded the app from Apple again. Once it is on the phone it will not open at all. I have the latest version for the iPhone so there is no reason this app should not open up. It’s junk, don’t bother downloading it.

The Best Airport Flight Tracker
I'm off and meeting people coming through Heathrow, there's no better way to track what's going on flight to flight and terminal to terminal!
Needs more improvements
It’d be nice if my user profile was placed where most portals put it, upper-right(or left) corner. Also, integeation with Heathrow rewards coulds use a lot of refinements
Some good information, but direly lacking
We picked todays breakfast place based on the stale menu on my stale app, and it was still very helpful. With the updated app all you have is the name and the restaurants own description, which isn't helpful.
Quoting parking for short term parking seems to be done by full day (so minimum price is ~£75), while it's widely advertised to be available by the hour. Since the app is really only a thin veneer on their web site, this is also the case if you go to the web site. Docking two stars for contradictory-/mis-information.

Really helpful app when you travel through the airport
This app is so much better than it was a few years ago, gives you real time updates about your flight and other information, I used it to pre-order food which was ready in 10 minutes to collect, let me know what gate my flight was due to go from before appearing on the screens, would recommend

The ladies and gentlemen who work for the Assistance, namely for me, pushing me in a wheelchair, have been wonderful. They are all so polite, gentle, caring and go over the top with care. They get you where you need to go with ease. I cannot thank them enough. I highly, highly recommend using this service should you have a disability.
