Great app, service, and customer service approach.
I have used the dominos app for years now to order all kinds of food. Firstly, the rewards system is pretty balanced and has very solid rewards (say you order pizza 4x a month, the rewards system would let you essentially get a free monthly medium pizza; pretty great deal!). Secondly, the app is very user friendly and efficient. And finally, I wanted to add a recent experience I had that really impressed me. I ordered an oven baked sandwich and cinnamon twists from Dominos, which I have done plenty before and the food is always great. However this time the cinnamon twists were oddly small, dried out, and barely had any cinnamon sugar on them. It was disappointing for sure, but thats where Dominos impressed me. I reported an issue with my order and briefly described the issue, and rather than getting a big run around to get a partial refund or store credit, they resolved my issue on the spot; they provided 60 points in rewards for me to use within 90 days! Which gave me the ability to select a FREE reward from a good selection of items. I got a free pizza with the reward which definitely made me forget about the cinnamon twist issue. I tipped a little extra and got some bread bites just to show my thanks as the customer receiving very solid support over an issue with my previous order. Overall, I highly recommend this app; and Dominos in general for big pizza kitchen food lovers!

App has some glitches/bugs
Don’t get me wrong, I order pizza from this Domino’s app all of the time for my family sometimes on the weekends. Pizza never disappoints! And I never had problems with this app until recently though. Every time I enter the app, it always wants me to re-login. Which I thought that is why I have this app so I wouldn’t have to do that over and over again. Like I said, this wasn’t an occurring problem until now. Also I have had some problems where I had to completely restart my order because of the app not cooperating, right. For example I’m getting my order ready and then out of nowhere it will pop up with a message on my screen saying something like “This is embarrassing we can’t enroll you right now!” whatever that’s supposed to mean because I’m already signed in.. Even after it says something like that, I will go to doublecheck to make sure I am signed in. But to me that’s just weird, because why would that just pop up out of nowhere while I’m in the middle of making my order? I thought I should throw this out there because all of these reasons are an inconvenience to trying to make an order on time. it’s kind of like a game of roulette like “is this app going to work today or is it not going to work and take up too much time?” Thank you for reading.

Changed the app for the worse.
The previous Domino's app used to be in my opinion by far the best food ordering app there was. I didn't even have an opinion until I used the old domino app, it automatically became the best because of how well it flowed, everything was easy to use and it worked perfectly. Since the app had been revamped, since it was changed to landscape view, certain features such as selecting the national mix-and-match deal requires being added at last attempt four different times before it would accept it. Now even when you try to scroll if there's nothing to scroll instead of ignoring the scroll it will just automatically click on whatever you tried to scroll moving you to the next screen which is irritating. This new app is only slightly better than Marco’s who also completely ruined their app. At least you can place an order through this app. The two star is simply because you can actually place an order but it's a great contrast to the previous five star rated app.
Update to add that it has now started wiping out the password and when you try to re-enter your password it doesn't accept it, the saved password in my iPad was like yeah, no, I have a good day. If you send a password reset link, it's already expired.

Honestly, I just want delivery!! 😒
Where do I start? At first the app was fine, got my order, didn’t leave much an info trail as far as personal goes, and I’m GLAD I DIDNT! Thinking my account may have been hacked because I checked it after a bit, and there’s a random address input in there (that, by the way, I never even been to before in my life). Also can’t log back in, as if the password was changed, I tried and tried to get in. So what do I do? Call customer support right? Yeah, well that was a whole other run-around, that honestly, I don’t time for, nor the patience to deal with.. basically you call that number for Dominos customer Support and you get A ROBOT, exactly the things we prefer to avoid all together. Tried to tell it ‘representative’ it don’t listen to a thing you say.. and I pressed 2, to try to get a representative, well, little did I know, it was going to make me TYPE my last name USING NUMBERS like a D pad on an old flip phone, and I got a smart phone over here like… uh??? It’s been YEARS since I’ve typed that way (since I had a flip phone in 2010). So I tried, but to no avail, robot did not understand a thing. I tried other options on the first robot and honestly, it’s robot after robot.. and they’re not well developed so had to order on the phone directly, the old fashioned way.. ugh.. 🤷♀️

Whenever I try to redeem my free pizza the app crashes
I normally order dominoes once or twice a week, and 99% of the time the app works perfectly fine but whenever I try to redeem my free pizza the app suddenly wants to crash. I try to redeem it and it gets added to my cart, but when I go to add something else:crash. If I add the other items first and then try to redeem it when I hit redeem I get the loading wheel and: crash. And another thing I sort of have an issue with is you have to order 6 times to even get the free pizza and each order has to be at least 10$ but it doesn’t matter if you spend 100$ or 10$ you still only get 10 points per order this doesn’t really seem like a fair rate because you need 60 points to redeem a free pizza. If person A orders 6 times and each order is 10$, they will have spent 60$ to get a free pizza. Person B orders 6 times but each order is 40$ they will have spent 240$ to get the same free pizza person A only spend 60$ to get. Im not saying you should get 10 points for every 10$ (although that would be the best ratio to use.) but at least 10 points every 20$ you spend after the initial 10$.

Glitchy, but otherwise wonderful
The app works wonderfully most of the time. Customizing an order is very easy, and saving favorites (orders, locations, payment options) is easy. Weirdly, there doesn’t seem to be an option to remove locations or payment options. The tracker is usually accurate, and you can use coupons easily on it, too. Despite what other reviews say, you CAN modify your tip—it’s just on the screen after your checkout page. It defaults to $0 when you redeem a free pizza, but otherwise I think tends to default to 20%.
However, for the past couple of years, no matter what you do, you cannot log in using an established password. Every single time I want to use the app, I have to send a password reset to my email, reset the password to something else (because it won’t let me use an old password), and only THEN can I log in to the app with the new password—which will then again fail to be recognized the next time I use the app. This has happened to me so often that I just expect it every time now, but I’ll still try to use my password on the app first, just in case it got fixed.

50% off coupon error
So I’ve been using this app for a while and I usually get my handmade pan pizza with the $8 coupon. That was a total steal, but it’s gone now and has been for a while so I stopped using the app for a while. Then I heard about the 50% off online coupon through Snapchat and I thought “oh cool, I could go for some pizza right now”. So when I login to my old account and tried to apply the coupon, it would not work. It keeps saying “COUPON NOT AVAILABLE. THIS COUPON IS TIME SENSITIVE AND CANNOT BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AT THIS TIME” I checked the expiration date on the coupon and it should be valid through March 20 through 26. Today is March 22 so it hasn’t expired yet. What’s up with that?? First you take away all the best coupons and now we can’t even save some money over a time sensitive coupon that hasn’t even expired yet??? This app was my go to when I really wanted some quick pizza. Now everything is over prized and it seems like this app has got bugs. I’m really tired of Little Caesar’s bland pizza, but it seems like I’ll have to go there now. If someone could look into this problem then that would be great…

an app that gives up on customer satisfaction
When a delivery order is wrong, the app offers credit instead of a refund. Does not offer a way to contact the store from the help page, so you have to do it yourself. If you don't want a credit the webpage just dumps you off to a main page without acknowledgement of the issue.
Once you do call to get the item you ordered. you are no longer a priority and you're waiting extended periods of time for your item to arrive beyond initial estimates of receiving your item.
The easiest thing to do is look at a receipt to confirm you have the full order, then deliver the full order. The easiest for Domino's is a credit, as they want to keep the money. That doesn't work for some of us. Deliver the item with a reasonable time estimate, and show me, the customer, I am still a priority. This is the next easiest thing for me as it allows us to close out the transaction, all goods delivered, and I never have to do business with you again.

dominate your hunger w/ domino’s pizza app (yum!)
for you Pizza lovers out there like me, this app is easy to navigate and quick to use. I’m not the biggest fan of Domino’s Pizza but there garlic bread bites and chicken pasta is to die for in my opinion. the prices aren’t cheap but they’re not too expensive either unlike Pizza Hut (yuck lol jk, or am i?) but that’s besides the fact. on the app many options are available as far as food items & sizes like the following: toppings, drinks, sauces, desserts, small, medium, large etc. and once the order is placed a timer starts to let you know how long your food takes to either be ready for pick up in store or curbside along with when the delivery starts, depending on selected choice of receiving your order. I could be wrong on this, but for domino’s die hard members with an account: I do believe that the possibility of racking up points to get discounts does exist. no matter what I definitely recommend this app over going to their website the regular way online as it is quicker to get to and on the app once you have an account on there if you choose to stay signed in your saved location for the nearest Domino’s store Never changes. also, the app is useful for any future domino’s employees looking to apply at a selected location.
