Boarding pass

I have flown with Vueling two or three times a year since they started in Cardiff, this is the first time I have been unable to access my boarding pass , I usually add them to my phone and print them off . I only take hand luggage so I don’t need to queue at the airport, but this time I will have to . Queuing in Cardiff is not a problem but Malaga is a nightmare. Could someone please explain why I can’t download my boarding passes which I have always been able to do at any time before the flight after the seats have been paid for ???? You have just sent me a message to say the app is now working, I can assure you it’s not , I have tried it on my iPhone and my iPad which have worked for years . I am really frustrated by this , I can’t understand why you can’t fix it , it is not just me , my sister flew out to Spain with vueling yesterday, she was unable to download boarding passes. Flying Thursday still unable to download boarding passes , app tells us we are not checked in !!!!!

The worst Airline I have ever flown

I am in Barcelona, had a flight from BCN to Roma they change my flight with out my permission from morning to afternoon and didn’t event tell me ans they force charged me for my next seats ans when I tried to talk to customer service at the airport bcn they said they can’t help and fill out paper that’s all before my next flight in the airport … don’t give you headache

Worst app experience ever

Would give 0 if I could. This is not really a native app. Large parts just display pages from the website. What’s worse though is that those pages do not work. On my outbound flight I was unable to either select the option for a random seat or choose a seat. Had to resort to the browser where the page worked.

On the last day of my holiday now and I am attempting to upload the documents required for my return flight. I fill in the form and add the documents, click on submit and a message appears to ask if I am a robot and nothing else happens. So remembering my experience with the seat allocation I tried the same process in the browser with sadly the same results. I now have to go to the airport 2 1/2 hours early to have my documents checked.

Will definitely think twice before using Vueling again and the app has now been removed from my phone.

Refund for flights, impossible

I can not get any response to my claim for a flight refund. Emails go unanswered as do phone calls that cut you off when you eventually get through. Now 8 months on and still no refund or acknowledgment this is being looked at. Shocking service when you consider how easy it was to resolve with EasyJet. Puts me off using Vueling after many years of otherwise excellent service/travel with them from Cardiff

Remboursement et changement de vol

Vraiment insatisfait de votre compagnie. Du Canada, on ne peut pas vous parler.
Je suis en attente de remboursement dans
XKF46U et JIJ3GK vraiment long.
J’avais un vol THFRVQ le 24 novembre et je voulais changer pour le 26 novembre, c’était écrit changement gratuit et vous me chargiez 70 euros. J’ai dû en acheter un autre au coût de 22,99 euros.
Vous ne respectez jamais vos remboursement et changement de vol, pas très professionnel. Ça fait 10 ans que je vole avec votre compagnie, la ca se dégrade.

Less than one star

Less than one star - terrible, selecting refund to see the amount but no amount shows and then it says you can’t change this! These businesses are trying everything they can to keep our money due to Coronavirus, even though we ca not even travel to the countries!!

Wonderful in any and every way

Help at a difficult time

I fly regularly with Vueling but recently I suffered an 8 hour delay at Cardiff Airport due to severe weather damage to our inbound flight, we received excellent service from the ground a Staff including a information letter with full details of our entitlements and how to claim, drinks vouchers initially followed by a meal voucher at all times the staff kept us fully informed and were extremely courteous to some elderly people who were a bit confused, when it came to claiming the compensation it was a simple quick process with no delays or problems, the outbound flight crew could not have been more helpful.
It’s a great shame certain other Airlines do not behave in this manner.
Thank you Vueling for making a difficult day very tolerable.

Vueling convenience and satisfaction

I find you website truly amazing for clarity, ease of use and covers all bases in the most logical way. Some web designed sites are truly extremely complicated and do not seem to follow basic logic for making a flight booking. As a prime example is one of the worlds most used airlines from Turkey, they have a fabulous airline but an appalling illogical web site for booking, it’s fine once you have used is 3 or 4 times if you remember how to get to the next step.....Fabulous booking system well done!!!
