Faulty prescription refills
Most features work well. But the prescription refill malfunctions in that it will randomly refill something that had expired and was not requested. And charge you for it. Be extremely careful with the refill part of the app.

Never had a problem with this app - does exactly what I need it to do. Refill a prescription? Check! Schedule an appointment? Check! Email my doc? Check! It really is easy to use!
Very easy to use
I love this app. Mostly I use it to: refill my prescriptions, check my lab results from my appointments or message my care team. I love the feature that shows you the wait times at the pharmacy and lab so I can plan when I go. Also appreciate the digital ID card. I haven’t had a chance to use the care chat but like that I can text message a doctor anytime through the app.

Favorite app for care!
My personal favorite feature is being able to click on “call consulting nurse” if I am sick! No more searching for phone numbers. You can also refill meds, and make appointments. Very handy!
Works well for me
I find this app very handy for checking on test results when I’m away from my laptop. Also, it has a digital membership card, so I don’t have to carry the plastic card with me.
Can’t refill prescriptions
This app is super buggy and can’t do what it would be most helpful for — quickly refilling prescriptions. It sends me back to the log in page every time. I guess you can use it to see if you have an appointment coming up? But even messaging my doctor from it is spotty. I resort to using the web version every time. KP, why have an app at all if it’s nothing more than a glorified calendar?!

Good for Basic Care Management
Well, it’s better than most medical coverage applications I’ve used, but that’s also not really saying much.
The app functions well, and as expected. It’s a great alternative to the website for managing basic stuff.
I mostly use it for managing my prescriptions, sending messages to my doctor, and reviewing test results and visit summaries. All of that works great!
Since the latest update I’m see that my login information never gets saved, making me enter it in every time I launch the app. Hopefully it gets resolved in the next update.
