Should be so much better
This app is an embarrassment to the Mazda brand. Owners rely on the app for remote start, which means a slow, laggy, frustrating experience with the app every time the car is started in cold weather. And that’s when it’s actually working. The fact Mazda charges for the displeasure of using this poorly developed tool has our family now looking at a different vehicle brand.

Not As expected
This is not as expected when we pay for it. When you start your vehicle it will take 1 min to tell you whether it is started or not. Doesn’t show the status clearly. The heating option you selected in your vehicle won’t turn on , Like steering heating, rear defrost which are most important in winter and you expect them to turn on as you leave your vehicle.
