    I have to say that the customer service team has been outstanding for me. After a bad day of nasty ppl it was nice to actually be talked to like a real person. They actually seemed to care about my little problem and trying to fix it. So I just wanted everyone to no that I have had only good experiences with Shopmium and their customer support goes out of their way to help u and to me that is outstanding. Thank u Shopmium I love your app

  • Horrible as you never get the money back

    This app can be really good, but unfortunately, there is no customer service no responses. You never get the money back. I keep getting the message validate validate and activate every single time. I submit pictures showing it is activated. I have pictures showing the reward was activated but they keep messaging me that it is not valid.
    There is no customer service- there is not a live person or anyone you can email for assistance.
    Don’t bother with this app go to apps that really reward you.

  • Non existent customer service, denies 80% of claims

    I have been waiting for months for a fix to missing funds on my welcome gift of all things. Nearly every single purchase gets debated and there is no alert to inform you of the debated item. If they don’t get a second copy of the exact same info they already have they void the request within a couple days. I have been told to keep waiting for a measly $5 refund for over 4 months with no update no matter how many times I check in. This app should be removed from the play store

  • Customer support practically non existent t

    The offers are a bit hit and miss but there are some good savings to be made and so far not too many problems submitting receipts. It also has a useful feature where you can store your loyalty cards digitally. However since the last update this has been completely unusable as it crashes the app when you try to scan a card. No one replies to me on social media and the only response I have had from email is a generic one which shows they haven’t read my email as they are asking me to submit a receipt which isn’t the problem I’m actually having.

  • Terrible customer service

    I saved a rebate and even scanned the product in store to make sure it matched. It said it did, so I bought the item. Sure enough, when I got home suddenly the barcode did not match any active offers. I checked the offer and the item met the criteria but was now not accepted. I messaged customer support and it took three days for them to respond with “make sure there isn’t a second barcode disrupting the scanning”. This was well past the offer close date and they didn’t offer to just give it to me since I sent photo proof of the receipt and the item and the barcode to them. Ibotta would’ve looked at it that same day and given the offer to me so long as it met the criteria. Customer service is a joke and so is this app

  • Great app, poor customer service

    This app is great and usually has no problems, but if you do run into any issues, just know customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful in most cases. I had an issue with one of the offers not being accepted even though the item fit the criteria, and five days later customer support essentially responded with “make sure your scanning the right barcode” AFTER the deal closed and wouldn’t give me the credit for it so I missed out on getting cash back for that item. Other than that, it really is a great app and usually has no issues with getting cash back!

  • Doesn’t work!!!!!

    I submitted receipts for items I had selected and when I scanned them it showed they were attached to the offers I selected. It says pending and then comes back to ask for a photo which is already there, because it says that it can’t read the date even though I made sure it was clearly visible. I even resubmitted the receipt and it gave me the same error message or said I needed to select the offer, after it had confirmed the offer I had selected was attached to the item I scanned. So needless to say I have submitted and resubmitted three transactions that are selected but this app isn’t giving me credit for it.

  • Do not waste your time or money

    Shopmium is a scam. Don’t waste your time downloading it and trying to figure it out. I am a huge couponer / rebate app user and I was excited for Shopmium. They DO NOT give you the money back they promise. Over and over again, I will verify the offer I’m wanting to use…scan the item in the App BEFORE purchasing and read all the fine print….once I submit my receipt and item barcode, they’ll deny it. They will argue with me through emails and basically drag out the process until it will just say “abandon request”….which basically means “you’re stuck with the product and we (Shopmium) will not be giving you any money.”

    Right now I have 4 separate items that supposedly have been “validated” by Shopmium…meaning they approved it….but no money has hit my PayPal…and I’m convinced it won’t. Again, don’t waste your time or money on this Scam App.

  • Missing Rebates

    It’s like this app does everything possible to avoid paying you. Multiple times I have had to resend the same info. I’ve had “requests abandoned and closed” because they wanted more info again but I didn’t get a notification and by the time I realized, it was too late. Now I have sent photos of my receipt and the product 3 TIMES (said store name and date weren’t visible but the other products I submitted on the same receipt were approved) and now they are saying the rebate isn’t valid at that store (but if it wasn’t I wouldn’t have been able to submit it). Haven’t been using this app long, but I absolutely don’t recommend it and the $40 in rebates I’ve received aren’t worth the aggravation.

  • Great way to save!

    The coupons offered are great and for quality products as well. There’s a decent selection but would be nice if there were more offers. My only really complaint is the horrendous scanner. It frequently fails to work and requires you to scan each barcode after submitting your receipt that already shows the items you’ve purchased. Often times this leaves me digging through my groceries in the car and then sitting there wasting minutes trying angle after angle to get the camera to actually scan the barcode.
