  • Difficult to get them to pay

    I loved this app the first few times I used it. I submitted my receipt, and everything went smoothly. Recently I have had several offers denied because I didn’t buy the correct item. When I read the fine print, I confirmed that I did buy the correct items, and I contacted customer service and was credited for the offers. Now I have contacted them 3 times about an offer that they denied, and I can’t even get a response. It’s really frustrating. I’m not sure what changed with the app, but it is now very difficult to get them to pay for offers that I did buy.

  • Almost instant cash back

    So far I’ve done about $100 worth of rebates and almost every single time I’ve gotten money sent to my venmo with 10 minutes of submitting a receipt. Haven’t had a single issue yet so I can’t speak of their customer service, but I’ve been very happy with the app so far

  • TERRIBLE. THIS APP IS CRAPP!

    Help center is just copy and paste responses, I have never received actual help and resolved any of my issues with them. I’ve lost out on so much money trying to replicate deals that other couponers are doing. They are starting to penalize people that are on multiple rebate apps, which is absolutely ridiculous. In my latest transaction, I am out $17 in cash back because they show “records” that I submitted this somewhere else. Honestly, it’s better to just skip on this app, and stick with Ibotta and the others it’s not like we get many offers on here anyway.

  • Add basic functions!

    I’d give it 5 stars if it had the following features: 1. “Search” button so that you could look up a specific brand instead of manually scrolling through all the offers. 2. Show the cash back amount on the main screen so that you don’t have to click on every offer to see it. Every other rebate app has these features!

    Update: the sort by button disappeared!

  • New to this app

    Trying my best watching TikTok videos to see what I need to purchase. I finally tried a deal on toothpaste and bodywash, some items my bf and I use daily, why not get money back on things we use a lot? I need more practice but it feels great to get money back on essential items. Can’t wait to do better !!

  • Easiest money out there

    I absolutely love this app!! What’s easier than shopping and getting paid for it? It’s as easy as finding offers here ,taking a picture of your reciept and scanning upc codes. In a matter of minutes your cash back appears and you’re done. This is awesome!!!
  • No support

    Great when it works automatically. However, when there is an issue (like purchase of two products and one other coupon used) the help bot is useless. I got an email telling me my ticket had been updated but there is no way to access that response. Email has no link. Chat says to go to Help>Help Center>Contact us …. But here is no link fir “contact us”. If there is a way to talk to or hear from a person. I cannot find it.

  • New user feedback

    This app is not user friendly. Why would you make someone select multiple offers and then scan a receipt and then scan the item barcodes as well without being able to see a list of items they are trying to redeem on? Switching back without cancelling. Please change this! Submitting doesn’t have to be automatic but it has to be better than this. My very first submittals were denied for no reason. I inquired as to why, said they would update and give me the money-and didn’t. When I go shopping it’s for a month, so yeah my receipts are long. It’s your issue you want a complete copy of it. I’m not really a fan so much because if I don’t get the current offers I submitted for I’m deleting this app. 2 stars hoping it all goes through, this has to be easier.

  • Problems not acknowledged

    This app was going fine, but then a few days ago it abruptly failed. All my rebates are being rejected as “not activated” which isn’t true, as I check the app everyday and activate what interests me. The offers are not being activated on the HOST side until 24 hours AFTER I submit a receipt. The rejections are clearly on a timer from when I submit. Customer service refuses to acknowledge that there’s a problem and just quotes the handbook that I haven’t activated the offer. Their solution? Why, just go buy it again, of course! Uh, no, fix the problem on your end! One of the rebates is stuck as “pending” for the last 6 days, so I can’t even submit a new receipt if I wanted to. Customer service won’t even address it.

  • Deleting Soon

    As soon as my latest claim has been paid, I’ll be closing my account. For some time now the offers have been getting less attractive, more repetitive, and for products that aren’t stocked by the local branches of the participating supermarkets, which means fewer opportunities to take advantage of the offers. It should be a mandatory for all the featured items to be stocked everywhere. The last straw was the current Shopmium Birthday Week One. In good faith today, I bought the required five items, only to find the offer had reached its claim limit. But they don’t tell you that, so now feeling conned.
