I am new to the app and I’m pleased with it thus far. I am not seeing anyone for my issue and have no support people but this is app is my first step in trying to help myself. Thank you for making the app. I hope it continues to be promising. Being aware of my emotions and thoughts is helpful. The cute animals are adorable by the way.

Decent with room for improvement
The icons and graphics are a bit subpar and could cause an overhaul. Some flows are a little weird and could use refining. Overall good features and learning from the app. I like the ai feature when uploading a photo
Brilliant App
This app has assisted to improve my relationship with food whilst remaining honest with myself. This is a fabulous tool for me as a sufferer of fibromyalgia & mental health struggles. This app has helped to improve my physical ailments (as someone who forgets to eat, the app alerts me to eat) & realise that the relationship between food & my fibromyalgia flare ups are related & can be managed. Ive been using this app for only 2 weeks & I already notice a difference in my physical health.

A lot of help
I got this app because I lost my appetite and starting skipping meals because of it. I started dropping pounds and it wasn't healthy. RR would send reminders around meal times. It also doesn't tell you the calories of what you ate so it's kind of a judgement free space to log what you ate. it also gives you quotes after you log a meal that are pretty nice to hear. It sends notifications to check if you're doing okay every once in a while. I love it

Need To Be Able To Log After Midnight
The good thing about this app is that I can’t just skip my meals and pretend I ate when I didn’t because my dietitian now sees everything. The bad thing is that I often eat my final snack of the day after midnight (usually around 12-12:30) and it seems that the only way to record that is by “backlogging” but when I record my final snack I am not backlogging. I am eating it at the same time that I am logging it. The app seems to just go right to the next day without a way to go back to the day before without it being considered a “backlog”. Also when I do backlog it doesn’t show up in my Logs section and it acts like I’m being punished for backlogging which makes me feel like I’m doing something very wrong even if I didn’t actually “backlog” a meal from another time.

A few minor fixes would make this app perfect
This app has been a fantastic tool for doing cbt for binge eating disorder. It would genuinely perfect if just a few things were fixed! For example, when I have a lunch entry I had at 1:30 pm, and I have to edit something in it that evening, it updates the time of the entry to the time I edit it, which is frustrating. It ends up making it impossible to edit a previous day’s entry without switching it to the current day. Similarly, if I skip a meal, and go back to edit the entry later on, the questions default to the ones for when I didn’t skip a meal. Otherwise, this app has been invaluable in my treatment!

Helpful, Great source of support.
This app is very helpful in assisting with recovery. It contains so much density in being able to personalize it to fit your specific needs and goals through a wide variety of reward based systems, tracking progress and many, many more functions within the app. Grateful this app exists and it gives you tangible results to be able to see in depth your progress and immense encouragement and support along the way.

Love this app!
Only been using this app for a couple of days but really loving it so far! It’s a little buggy and slow at times but there’s been no major issues. It really feels like this has been made with recovery in mind. I love that it’s free! I love that you’re not forced to disclose any information you don’t want to or made to create an account. I love the quotes and strategies and photos/gifs to brighten up you mood after logging. Some of them can be a little too cheesy and/or lacking substance but overall I love this feature!
It’s very easy to use and has all the right options for feelings, location, photos, notes and other data you want to include in the notes.
It would be nice if you could create your own locations and feelings but overall I have very little complaints and could not recommend this enough!
