  • Diagnostic Imaging

    My mother and I had mammograms at this facility. I had a follow up 3D mammogram and ultrasound done today. The staff at this facility is top notch. They explain everything that is happening and why. They allow you to ask any questions or concerns you may have and always are making sure that your comfortable. Thank you ladies for your expertise and kindness! You are absolutely outstanding at what you do!

  • Convenient but still needs work

    The portal gives you a lot of information which is great. The only information that I have not found is billing history-if you have no amount due. This is very inconvenient when needing this and requires calling the billing department. It is also inconvenient to match what records were sent to insurance for billing. Another call to the billing department because the records do not match up!

  • Useful, easy to use, and everything at your hands

    I have been using MyChart for several years now and believe it has been very helpful in many ways. I’m able to request my prescriptions, schedule my appointments, review future appointments, review lab work, review X-rays, keep track of my vaccinations, communicate with my doctors, and review in detail my bills that maybe due. Keep up the good work.

  • Never did we give permission for appear to pure contact ever between doctors

    Knowing that you guys did is disgusting and gross to us, knowing that we broke up and slept with other people, unknowing, knowing both backgrounds of the people we slept with disgusting without our permission when we said we did not want other doctors, knowing that we had a sexually transmitted disease at our age. It is disgusting. I have been checked every year for it, knowing that I would only been with him so now that you have brought it to our attention that we both have it because it’s easily past, even though the other person couldn’t even it’s disgusting. It’s disgusting that that at 55 and 67 that we actually got our first transmitted disease coming from San Francisco Bay and always being protected with my first time being because it didn’t even work with somebody that was promiscuous being accused of being promiscuous you very much for putting it on Well Span port for family members to see it is disgusted and we’ve had conversations with our family and thank you very much embarrassed us and us all in the same aspect of being seen by a family doctor

  • Easiest app to use

    I’m a wellspan employee and advocate the importance of having this app at the patients finger tips. It’s very well laid out and has many options to check on aspects of the patients chart.
    I love to make my own appts and the ease of communicating with my doctor as well.

    However, for those patients who are younger and might not have to access their charts all the time forget their passwords and need password assistance. The patients don’t always want the hassle of calling the help line. Resetting passwords should be at their finger tips like other apps!

  • Great App!!

    Very happy with the My WellSpan App!! You can contact all your WellSpan doctors on the app and get test results and previous Summary Reports from previous WellSpan visits and you can also let other doctors have access to your records too if they are not through WellSpan. Definitely recommend!!
  • Very Inconsistent

    This app barely works for me half the time. It has a lot of features like scheduling your appointments and viewing your medical history but 99% of the time when I try to schedule on the app something doesn’t work. The login screen is also pretty glitchy. This app primarily works for me just to check and see when my appointments are scheduled for and to cancel them if need be. For as big as wellspan is their app should be way better and user friendly.

  • Disconnect between app and providers

    The Wellspan app is pretty good but Wellspan itself leaves much to be desired. For starters I was chastised by some at reception for not checking in after I had checked in on the app and the app messaging said not to check in. It said to sit down and my name would be called. Apparently only certain departments with Wellspan can do full check in with the app. Yo be fair on my way out I noticed they had posted signs explaining this but I ignored them on my way in because there are multiple signs saying a ton of different things that weren’t important to me. For example there were signs promoting the use of the app and portal. There were also signed about available transportation in chambersburg which seemed very odd since I was at a Waynesboro location. This disconnect between the app and certain departments is just a larger symptom of all the issues with Wellspan. Evidence of this is that most good providers don’t stay long if they can leave the area.

    I would not use Wellspan if I had a choice but my nonwellspan doctor retired and there are very few other options in the area. I suspect Wellspan would not do very much business if they had not used the power of money to buy up a monopoly in the area.

  • Over billing

    I recently went to your hospital, which is the same hospital that performed a serious surgery, I was sent there by Social Security to have x-rays done so that my pending cases involving SSI and SS disability I am fully disabled I was charged on my WellSpan app for service that is not to be billed to me. I would like this rectified please. I lost all my abilities and it’s frustrating. I was an essential and I have worked my entire life. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for people to please do their job correctly. As an ex manager in fast food as an essential over the pandemic, let me tell you something communication is crucial, so please pay more attention to what you’re doing. Thank you so much and I appreciate all the upper being done.

  • All but prescriptions up to date

    I like most of the info I can get from my app, like when my labs come in, reviewing a follow up, even when my vaccinations are up for renewal, you can pay bills, etc.
    My only wish is that the prescription section would stay more up to date. *it only lists the first Dr. and time it was filled (would like the most recent)* *I don't know when I last filled them* *would like if it could list when the next time I can fill it is*
