Very Handy
It’s nice to be able to link with other health providers, in other networks. So any office can pull up your records or test results. “Check-in” online saves a lot of time as well. It’s a nice system that was very well thought out.Time4Tini

Won’t let me schedule an appointment for my daughter
My daughter is running a fever. I enter that information in the first appointment it gives me is March 21 Since the last update to epic and the my WellSpan feature, i can’t get the info for my kids to load. I can access it all when I enter my portal through the WellSpan website, but when I try to access it through the app I get a server error and it won’t let me do anything. It’s just the proxy accounts that seem to be the problem.Show lessMomMD of 5

WellSpan is First Rate from it’s website to the doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative staff. Easy to navigate website allows for quick answers and points of contact. Medical staff are Outstanding, genuinely interested in your problems/issues, listen to what you have to say and interact at the appropriate levels of knowledge and understanding. My experience has been wonderful. I can set up appointments, do check ins prior to appointments and communicate with staff and my doctor about prescriptions. I love that an issue can be taken care of as it comes up instead of waiting for my next appointment.Jute43

Needs editing
Very useful tool but to make it better there should be a way to print with editing so that you can share what specific information that needs to be shared.WWWAlford
Can’t print statement PDF
You can view the billing statement PDF. How can it be printed??? There is no print option. Not useful.Youloose3461
