Needs attention
The app is good and has potential for much more; however, every time I submit a message to a provider, about 30 minutes later I get an email that I have a new message and to log into My Wellspan; however I do not have a new message whenever I log in. It is just a glitch in the system that needs addressed. Very annoying because then you don’t trust it that you actually do have a new message the next time. Please update and fix this issue!Show lessmessageglitch

Although at times response is delayed I still find it to be the fastest way to get in contact with doctors get my test results and such.Cxmoral
Handy…but a few issues
Most of the time I do like the app. It’s handy that I can retrieve my info and the info for my children. However I don’t like how often it crashes and I have to reinstall it. Additionally it doesn’t seem to work in sync with the systems in the offices, why do I both putting all the info in the app or check in this way if your office personnel do not reference the app. Just a few things to possibly work on improving for the end user.Show lessFlyingfun95
Kindness goes a long way!
No one knows by looking at a person how they may be feeling or how their day is going, whether it be staff or patient.
Kindness to a person may make the difference in their entire day or make a differ in choices they make throughout the day.
Coming into Wellspan or talking on the phone, has made my days better and I hope I’ve done the same for the staff.

The app is working well for me, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is that the scheduling options are restrictivezleer!
Portal is very user friendly!

Great app
I love this app!! It is so user friendly. Its amazing how fast I get my test results. I like being able to message my doctor is if I have any questions.Jessmg77
Auto checkin doesn’t work
I tried to use the location-based check in. It resulted in me sitting in the waiting room for 20 min only to be scolded for not checking in. They could fit me in so we had to reschedule. Thanks WellSpan…Seanandco
