When will this app join this century?

At least once a week my app locks me out, despite correct password. Never have I had an app make me change password so often. Have two step verification!!!

It’s so bad I am just about ready to move all my banking. I recently setup other accounts, a brick and mortar bank near by and online only and the pure ease and quality of app makes this one seem like we are in the Stone Age. I have been waiting 5 plus years for my dang credit card to be on the app that’s from you!! Still a separate place.

Get it together!!!! Your staff knows, online support knows. Spend the money and fix it.

Customer Service

We absolutely love this bank, they treat you like you are part of their family. When you walk out n they call you by your name, it just feels like they really care about you and your money. I have a elderly mother who has a account and sometimes doesn’t pay close attention to her account and her checks come in two different accounts but her bills are all paid out of one. So every month we transfer money it is no problem but sometimes it does slip your mind they help me set it up so it transfers automatically so she doesn’t get insufficient funds. This bank and the individuals that work in the Goose Creek branch is top notch. Thank y’all for all you do for me and my family.

Need to Catch up with the Times

Basic app that does the job of letting you check your accounts, credit score, sync external accounts, etc. Biggest drawback is the inconvenience of having to manually login every time you visit the app because for some reason the Face Recognition stopped working and has not been fixed although there have been at least 2 updates since that functionality broke.

Recent update broke sign in

This used to be the best banking app I had ever used. However, the most recent update has broken the sign in process.

The previous version of the app would use FaveID and then present the option of which of my usernames to use (I have a business and a personal account with Pinnacle). This doesn’t work anymore, and usernames are not saved. So what used to be an amazing sign in process has now turned into manually signing in each time.

Pinnacle, please put back your great app instead of this junk.

This has been the best banking experience I have had as a business of 20 years.

Terrific team of people that genuinely take care of you and the online experience has been the simplest I have come across.

Wonderful Partners!

Been with Pinnacle more than 10 years, through life’s and businesses ups and downs. They are available when I’m home, on the road, day and night, I’m talking all night!
The person who answers is knowledgeable and helpful. You can call them, text them, email them, they are always there and always helpful. A new Chase bank opened across the street from me, beautiful building, closer, I wasn’t even tempted to switch. I’m sure there’s a reason Partner is in their name.

White Screen Bug - Continuous Problem

If I try to open my account transaction history, every time I click on a transaction to view the details, after a couple of seconds the screen goes completely white and I can no longer go back or do anything else. I have to force close the app from the iPhone app switcher and restart it. It’s incredibly annoying and I keep hoping that it will be fixed with new updates, but it still hasn’t.

The minute my small businesses checking account was compromised, the team at the Salem branch was reaching out to me and showing me so much genuine care and support. My stress quickly went away due to their kindness and generosity as the problem was resolved. I am so grateful to know this fine group of people!
