I put the correct password but it keeps saying there are incorrect letter😅😅 most of functions can’t be used in international area, as most of them are blank pages!! I try to get a phone call to the company but no one answers. How dare you said you’re a company with good service???zxcvhkdp
Probably the worst airline app ever used
China Southern tries to promote its below-average app all the time even during the flight. But the truth is the app is extremely hard to use, not user friendly and lots of network errors.
Not to mention the English translation on the app is noticeably different from its Chinese origin.

I used the help. I waited about 10 min and finally get connected to someone. Then there is reminder saying conversation finished! I tried again and again, never get connected with someone. So frustrated. Waste lots of my time! This app is useless!yanchuan123
Broken for foreigners
You can’t real name verify, you can’t add your foreigner family members passport numbers, and the entire app interface doesn’t support English names properly. Terrible experience, and their customer phone support is consistently unable to help after reporting these many types of similar issues over the past year. Unless you are Han Chinese living in mainland China, expect to be treated like garbage by the China Southern app.Show lessbenjaminchodroff
