Ridiculous APP
Can’t believe Such airline have a ridiculous APP like this... automatically sign out after just exit the APP, can’t pay on this APP either on we chat, Ali, Apple Pay none of these. Unpaid tickets will go to a hold and if I press continue to pay it doesn’t allow me, so I’ve to cancel the booking. Cancellations on booking are only allowed twice per day. So I got banged on buying ticket.

Useless
I contacted customer support due to unknown error from the server preventing my purchase. They told me to download this app to purchase my ticket. It did not fix my problem and the person I chatted with offered me same exact ticket but with doubled price. I question if this company is even legit. Customer service is simply horrific. No one was able to fix my problem and they all seemed not to care at all. On top of all of it, I couldn’t believe they tried to sell me tickets with much higher price. Much Improved
This app has improved quite a bit. The English version has been updated and now there is a lot of functionality. I’m able to book flights, redeem points and miles earned, change seats etc. just wish there were a way to upgrade seats to different cabins in the app such as Economy to business class.Keyoe87
Doesn’t do anything
I know their website is useless and points to the app. But their app doesn’t do anything either unless it’s a domestic flight within China mainland. Don’t bother downloading this app just call them by the phone. There is no other way.OzMattttt
