China southern is a multi billion dollar company, and it cannot create a functional app with more than one language?
With the amount of money you have at least invest it in this app.
It is 2020 please consider that everyone has a phone and this app will be useful for the future.

So buggy
It’s the worst app ever. Also, the airline doesn’t refund the miles properly after they cancelled my pre-selected seats. Definitely not recommend if you have other airline companies to choose from.Peter-huuu

Bad airline service
The southern airlines hold the ticket, selling at a quite expensive price but refuse to rebook for the customer. Reason was that ‘they have different servers’. Okay, different servers, one refuses customers, and the other makes money from customers. Bad service ever!!YunaJuan
