  • Fairly good app

Only issue appears to be that incoming calls are only registered as missed calls, in other words, 60-70% of calls DO NOT RING THRU so you always get missed call notifications for calls that never were delivered thru the system... About 30% of all calls ring thru allowing you to answer..,
All the missed calls, due to the system, are frustrating...Working at home due to COVID-19 I sure wish that all calls would be delivered as it does in office

  • Don’t download unless you absolutely need for work

It’s a good this they make people use this app in thier day to day at work, because there is no way I would put this junk on my phone if I didn’t have to have it for work. To be fair, when it works, it is awesome. Everyday, multiple times a day, kicks me off saying settings have changed and I have to reset to get it to work again and that is just the beginning of the non stop issues this app as. Some times I have to log in multiple times to actually log in. When I log in I don't names of my contacts I see email addresses and I have to log out and start the whole process all over again to see names and that again might take several log ins to be normal again.

  • Doesn't work properly

Doesn't notify you when someone texts you
Takes just over 50 seconds to load
And recently doesn't load the messages that are there in the pc version

    Terrible lacking software
  • Can’t recieve calls

Haven’t been able to receive calls on this app for at least a month. Worked great before that.
  • Offline msg emojis are broken

Seems the latest update has caused an issue with notifications of offline msgs and if an emoji is left while offline it’s also broken unless it’s an iPhone emoji. This is with the iPhone, wishing for a way to roll back a version.
  • Works great but not compatible for CarPlay

I work remotely and my company uses Jabber, but disappointed that it is not written to work for CarPlay as well.
  • Generally good

It’s generally a good app but it could be better with additional features, like:
    * search field in the Calls workspace
    * option to add personal contacts to Contacts
    * option to save conference numbers with meetings IDs and PINs to contacts
    * in Calls, it would be nice if an existing call entry was updated with additional call times and information from a new call instead of adding a new entry
    * on video calls where a screen is being shared, it would be good if there was an option to keep the my video stream on screen as well.

That being said; it’s stable & a great option to be in contact where ever you want to be

  • Review

    Lost video often,
Wish I could video physical movement for assessment purpose
  • Endless notifications

Please allow a setting to remove the daily notification that the session is about to expire. It makes me want to uninstall the app
  • Push notifications broken since April

    Come on Cisco.

No push notifications at all now, have to keep the app open to get calls. I know this was an Apple change but you knew it was coming and still no fix.

Really need to pull your finger out here.
