  • Still not as good as Slack

The latest update is an improvement but slack still leads the way for single and team messaging and the call function works on mobile and desktop. I cannot get Jabber to work on a mobile device for a call connection. The service just does not work.

Hopefully in this update, messages will sync between mobile and desktop/laptop versions as there is serious lack of syncing which again Slack is a master of.

  • Jabber does not stay connected

Everything for the most part works. Only issue is Jabber doesn’t stay connected in the background. When calls come in to my computer, there is a big delay from my phone initially. It then takes me restarting the app and a couple of calls to have it sync back up.
  • Works great after initial startup issues

Easy to use and works well on WiFi and 4g. Occasionally the app drops calls when the phone goes into screensaver mode.
  • Telepresence to go!

I have tried this at home which works very well. When I’m at the doctor’s office waiting for my elderly mother to finish her appointment I could also attend an important meeting. When you i can do this virtually anywhere speaks volume of the superior technology behind it. Kudos to Cisco!! Thanks
  • Ringtones

    All works Well.
It will be good if we can select the iPhone's ringtones. We only have 3 choices.
  • Super facile à utiliser

    Bien faite
  • It works but

The ringtones are positively awful. There are 3 and for no reason whatsoever you can’t choose any of the iPhone ringtones.

In any case it is ignoring my choice of ringtone now and only using the annoying “Ringer” one.

There is no way to tell if Jabber is sitting on the opening user license agreement screen after getting automatically updated, waiting for you to accept the terms. This screen is unnecessary and should be removed, no other app does this.

  • Just let me sign in please.

For the most part, this app is great. However, every time my password is changed this app continuously saves the old password and I’m unable to sign on unless I’m at my computer. I’m currently having this issue and have been unable to login without getting an error saying I’m using the wrong credentials. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app hoping for a different result, but I’m still encountering the same exact issue.

  • Great App, needs some more features...

Nice app to use, would be nice if it had the “alert when available” feature as-well. Any chance this will be released in upcoming versions?
  • Not working on LTE anymore

The apps is not working on my iPhone over LTE since a couple of update... it is working well on wifi (on premise and at home) but not while on LTE. What’s going on ?
