  • Verification Takes Forever

    If submitted the required documents 2 weeks ago to get my drivers license verified. I was then asked to supply even more documents. And then was ask to do this again. After all that and multiple emails to support it’s been another week and a half and there is still not a single response.

    Don’t advertise “2 hours for verification” and then take over 2 weeks.

  • So easy!

    Loved this app and the contact less car rental!
    So easy to use and get a car nearby.
    The price was great too. €37 for 24hrs with 200km.
    Never find a better deal in Paris!

  • Horrible experience

    I rented a car 30 days in advance. 2 days before the owner cancelled. I booked another car. They cancelled the same day saying they could no longer host my trip. I book another car to have it cancelled. Don’t bother with this service get a more serious rental car service.

  • Doesn’t work

    There isn’t many options to choose from so the platform needs more renters for sure. After the process of verifying the profile I was turned down by all renters even tho it is my first time renting, over 25 and have more that 2 years of NCB. The prices are bargains really and makes sense, the process is easy but it’s all pointless if I can’t actually get a rental after all. Owners either gave unclear reason or didn’t respond at all. I’m actually disappointed. Would still give it 3 stars if the rejection was explained or for a genuine reason. I will give it another go and see if it works then my review will change.

    Update!
    Nothing changed with 4 years NCB. Never using this again.

To help make sure you’ll get a positive answer from our owners, I’d recommend adding a profile picture and detailing why you need the car in your message to the owner. This will increase their trust and make them more likely to say yes. I recommend you start a new search and select as many cars as you can to ensure you can have an answer as soon as possible. Another solution is for you to apply our ‘Instant Booking’ filter in the search. You’ll be able to book these cars instantly, skipping the owner confirmation part! I’m here if you need anything else.     Very handy if you need a car. Easy without many hassle

    What is this app? I create my account on my computer and when I download the app I can't connect except for FB, Google or Apple. Also, despite having a Canadian phone number, I can't enter my postal code. But that's not all... to rent a car in France you have to download another application. When you want to correct an entry in your account such as a date, the dates do not work correctly. Enter 13 for the date of birth and the date will be 12... Change another date like the license driver and it's the same but worse the birth date becomes 12 again. I log out from the app that is verifying my info and I am not able to log back in because Apple does not provide my first name, but in the global app it works but it is not my original account…. Lost hours… incredible!!!

  • App poor, can’t msg in it and rental experience

    Won’t rent a car whilst travelling despite having 35 years experience in my home country. Provided all the documents required, so makes no sense. No stars!

  • Teach your team about American travel

    Her name Yolanda Rude staff the don’t know anything about work I’m American citizens I try to open account to get a rent a car in Paris . The ignorant customers service the ask me about visa I tell her I’m American I don’t need visa to travel to Europe . And then she say my driver license has only 2 yrs the don’t know in American we update driver license every 5 yrs . I don’t recommend this app website for Clients unprofessional team .

  • Be warned of their stupid fees for cancellation

    I’ve never witnessed a service that will allow one side of their customers to basically steal your money.

    It was my first time using the app and I made a mistake not realizing I booked the wrong kind of vehicle. In the US pretty much all cars are automatic but not in Europe. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until the 24 hour window and had to cancel and rebook a different car.

    The company lets the owner decide if you can get a full refund, (as their guidelines say refunds are allowed based on good reasoning) otherwise you only get 50% of your money back when you never even touched the car. Highway robbery. People MAKE HONEST MISTAKES AND SHOULD BOT BE PENALIZED ON THEIR FIRST TIME USING YOUR SERVICE!! I’ll never use your service again.
