  • Recent update issue

I've been using this app for a couple if years and would have rated this review with 4 stars. But the recent update has messed with my folders and there seems to be no way to fix this.

Whereas my first two folders used to be labelled 'Today' and 'Tomorrow' (intuitive and logical) they are now: 'FIRSTINITIALFOLDER' and 'SECONDINITIALFOLDER' (what the hell?).

Likewise, other headings within the app have their words run together into a semi-unintelligible mess. Is this some developer's idea of quirkiness, or branding? If not please provide bug fixes ASAP as I rely on this app from day to day and every hour that passes with it in this state brings me one step closer to deleting it.

  • Simple and useful

Great app! I like the simplicity and find the four categories (today tomorrow upcoming and someday) along with the sublists and ability to set reminders really handy. The only downsides are that: (1) sometimes the text of a new item can be slow to show up, displaying as another item on the list (2) it can take a few goes to access sub lists at times (3) sometimes I have trouble putting the tasks in my desired order (4) the title text for "today" and "tomorrow" no longer display properly. If these issues were resolved I would give five stars. I'm not sure what the points achieved by crossing off items are for either.

  • Really the best

Ok - so I have tried literally about 10 to do list apps over the past year n this is by far the best n the reason why I like it is bec...
    1) automatically rolls over days tasks to next day
    2) function allowing u to review days lust. And inside this you can put tasks off to a chosen other day
    3) automatically slots them in order by time on the list when you creat them
    4) instant touch change between date format n task format ( so for example if I'm sitting down c time to do emails, I can look at the list of emails I need to write, but then switch back instantly to my various mixed tasks for the day)
    6) easy of categorizing task types call, email, to-do, when downtown...what ever I create.
    7) reminders have a pleasant tone n can be set either according to location ( n either when coming or when going) or exact time.
    8) can easily "pick up" a task n move it around to diff time slots
Ok - so kinda long review! I was using Next Thing before this, only better feature with that was u can click on an exact day in the future on the main tabs list n see set tasks, with this one, everything beyond tomorrow is all stacked out in one list pretty much. But otherwise it's the best by a mile. This n Mail Box for organizing emails, have actually changed my life just a little bit. More relaxed. I live a SUPER busy professional life working around the world n with family. With this app I can set a task n relax, knowing it will come back to me when I need.

  • Nice little app

Nice app. Sleek design. Couple of things could do to improve it further:
    - have a mac version as well that syncs and you can use on your desktop
    - appointments for "today" and "tomorrow" need to automatically move back one day after you've entered them. Ie if I enter a to do for "tomorrow", 24hrs later it should appear on my "today" list. It doesn't. You have to move manually which is annoying. "Next week" should also move automatically, "later" could stay static.
    - the "mail" option doesn't always automatically appear when the task has the word "email" in it. You should have the same function for when the task says "call". Eg "call" should show a phone and link directly to calls. "Email" should show an email. "Book" could show both phone and email. "Pick up" should show a link to maps.
    - vocal input could be improved, but I like the concept.

Look forward to the next series of updates/iterations - great base to start from!
