  • Overpriced

    Sloppy and incomplete translation. For the asking price we expect a refined application. Definitely not worth the price = ransomware

  • Not a great app

    Really bad app…I find it waste of money bcz half of the things don’t work as supposed to.

  • App glitches

    I like the user interface of Any.do on the desktop better than the mobile application. It glitches way too often.

  • Not Impressed

    I signed up for annual billing and a 7 day free trial was advertised. I was billed immediately. The premium plan does not apply to desktop as well even under the same account. The calendar does not integrate with the ‘Next 7 Days’ view. Clunky and no ease of use.

    It sounds like you might have used the trial before, which is why you were billed immediately per the details in our payment screen. As to the Premium status, it does sync across all platforms so we recommend logging out and back into the app and making sure you're indeed logged in with the correct email :) Lastly, the calendar offer its own 7 days view for both tasks and events as detailed here (https://support.any.do/en/articles/8610677-the-calendar-views).   • Efficient and Beautiful.

    This is a very well-thought out app, both functionally and aesthetically. I'm actually looking for more things to do so that I can use the app! Their customer service is quick and is clearly not automated.

  • Used to be a great app

    I used to love this app! Was almost addicted to it but then at the start of this year they did a massive update and removed many features that greatly reduce functionality. If you prefer viewing your tasks in calendar mode and working from there, this is a horrible app! Adding a task used to be 1-click but now is at least 3 (cannot add a task from calendar view) and don’t even get me started on recurring tasks. Such a pain to set up. Unfortunately I have a yearly subscription and there are no pro-rated refunds after 48hrs of renewal. The current app is not what I paid for but now I’m stuck with it till my subscription runs out. Have completely switched over to Apple reminders (not too difficult moving all my tasks over); no calendar view but it’s free!

  • Glitchy

    Why is it so glitchy? When i click on a task to complete, it freezes and doesn’t remove the task.

  • Gone downhill

    I have used this app daily since 2007, I think. After 15 years, I can honestly say it is no longer a simple and reliable tool for productivity. After six weeks of working with their support team to try to debug the constant freezing and crashing issue on the app, they were quick to say goodbye when I wasn’t interested in discontinuing use of the app for days while they take their time to look into the issue. It wasn’t until weeks after first reporting the bug that they finally admitted there was an issue… But mostly I just got a “thanks for your patience and we’ll look into it.” After all these years, I thought they would be willing to spend a smidge of their time investigating a known issue that they have a vested interest in correcting. I guess if you are not a premium user, they are not that interested.

Issues that affect a single user only may take time to resolve, however this does not mean that we will not do everything we can to provide a possible solution.   • Absolutely fantastic and Simple

    I think devs sometimes forget that an app doesn’t just need feature after feature it need to be easy to use and simple. I have been testing so many to do lists over the last 3 months and haven’t found anything that worked for me they were either too bloated or bad ads everywhere. Honestly I love this app and it has absolutely changed my work habits for the better. Which in turn helps with sleep and so many areas of life. Thank you!!!

  • Used to be fairly solid.

    It seems like the developer's vision for what this app should be has changed recently and it's not congruent with the way that I use the app. I mostly used it as a way of having a coordinated grocery/task list with my family and it worked well for this and even had a specific list interface for groceries which was useful. I had my qualms with the app, but at least it functioned. Recent changes have removed these functionalities and changed everything over to a reminder list which is specifically what I didn't want and made this app just like others in its category. Hopefully the changes are working well for most folks but I'm going to be looking elsewhere now.

    Edit: Looked at what was advised by the developer in their response and was unable too resolve the issue. I've got a number of lists that are shared that were converted to regular lists and don't seem to be able to be converted back. Besides this, sharing being moved to a weird different experience and other changes leave me unconvinced still that this app is worth using any more.
