This app is amazing I came home from hospital a week ago having been admitted for pneumonia chest not good so made appt via app yesterday to see
My doctor today. After seeing my doctor and chest still not good he wants to see me Monday morning again. The counter was busy with patients I wasn’t in the mood being unwell to wait to make appt so I made appt via your app once again. Appt made at the time I wanted so I’m

Although I’m at the doctors feeling very unwell I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to wait till all the other patients has been seen too so made the appt online via your app which relieves some of my stress at the time. Hills Family Practice
The doctors, nurses and medical receptionists are caring, nurturing and welcoming. We would be happy to see any doctors at this practice but see usually one of the two female doctors who are fairly easy to get an appointment with along with minimal wait time which is high on the list when choosing a clinic with young children. My son Domenic loves visiting with them both and the whole surgery GP experience. They have been so supportive, thorough, lovely, helpful and understanding so much so that we do not go anywhere else. Their advice and positive referrals have led to many breakthroughs for me and their bedside manner is calm and reassuring. Definitely 5 star service and for all involved with the care over and above. I like this app it’s easy to use, navigates well. I can see the appointments for the day week & even weeks ahead at a glance. Choose a time & depending on my need even how long l want to spend with the Doctor. It’s quick efficient, remembers your details once you have set it up & will give you a list of Doctors practicing for the day etc... And the practice send reminders the day prior to appointment & easy option to cancel or confirm with simple yes or no. Great app, great staff & usually no long wait time - Dr Lawry is an excellent Doctor. He’s efficient, kind, friendly, genuine & he cares. Quick & Easy
Such an efficient way to see available appointments and then book the one that best suits my schedule. I also love that you can save your favourite doc and rebook them with just a couple of clicks. I have a left a practice that no longer uses Health Engine. My child becomes sick in the middle of the night, not during business hours.Show lessJ201973

This way of making appointments with my Doctor is all very new and exciting to me because we’ve always had to make the appointment and then on the day ring before to check how He is going because He didn’t care how long He took He was very thorough and everything was handwritten. But it’s all very different in Mandurah and computers where one hardly has enough time to get his name out that he forgets what he is doing here and has to make another appointment to ask for an iou script, for Kyle ,but we’ll get the hang of it and and start writing messages for ourselves so we will not forget and it is exciting because I, Mike, have never had my own phone before and I can write reviews as long as I like and no one asks for her phone back.Show lessObbiesdad

Good app but dosnt communicate with surgerys health engine
I like the app but its really frustrating that the health engine the dr surgery uses dosnt talk to the app. If im at an apt and i book the next apt at the desk i then cant log in online later to cancel or change that apt as the apt booked in person dosnt appear in the app so i cant change it online i have to call them and any apts made in person or over the phone i cannot see in my app appointment history.
Also if i book online well in advance but when im next at dr as a sudden booking i had to make, i have had to change or cancel future apt while im there. They cancel it but then that apt still shows as active in the app it tells me i have an apt due but surgery had previously cancelled it and it is still cancelled on their end.
Ive asked receptionist about this and she said even though its the same program they are aware its a big flaw that the in-house version cant communicate wish the website or app.
Thats pretty dumb and very frustrating....Show lesssparklingflower
