  • Rating the app, not the service

    I expected the app to be my single resource for dealing with any health problem that might arise on my upcoming trip. But I can’t find even the most basic help information in the app to explain how the coverage is actually to be used if it’s needed. Nothing about the process at all — the app seems to assume I already know about how their service works, which I do not.

  • Seems Like a Good App

    As a new user this app has a good feel to it. Navigation seems easy, lot of information to be had. My only complaint so far is PLEASE make the app able to be used in landscape mode, makes it a lot easier to use a keyboard with the app.
  • Please bring back the old version of the app!

    This app leaves me feeling miserable every time I’m forced to use it.

    Since the major change a year ago:

    1.Facial recognition doesn’t work for login
    2. More clicks to complete the online submission of claims
    3. Unclear what service option to select when submitting a claim
    4. Little space to write what service the patient received.
    5. Slower than it used to be
    6. Must select the patient name when beginning the claim but the app doesn’t save the patient information. Have to enter into the patient screen and confirm the same information a second time.

    Previous problems that are still present (and now added upon— see above):

    1. SO many clicks
    2. Currency should be tied to country where the hospital or physician are located automatically (see #1)
    3. Automatic pop up and a total three clicks) just to to access the camera to take a photo of your bill.
    4. Autocorrect for typing errors does not function within the app.
    5. Have to confirm a second time the reimbursement information, though you selected it at the beginning
    6. Must say you don’t have other insurance or a work place injury for every single claim, even for a claim for a child and even though the member has never had any other insurance (this information should be able to be saved under the patient information tab)

In some cases, it takes a while for providers to submit their claims to us. The app does allow submission of claims for most of our insurance products.   • Best of the Best

    This is the best health insurance we have ever had. We have absolutely no problems with any procedures, testing, appointments, medications, dental, vision exams. I wish all insurance companies could be as great as GeoBlue!
  • Pain in the …!

    I have used the app in the past, and just purchased a new policy. I have had to reset my password SEVERAL times, have tried to attach my new policy number SEVERAL times, and it still won’t work! Maybe I should have gone with a different company.
  • Recent versions are more buggy and difficult to use

    I’ve used this app for years but the overhaul changes made in the last six months have only drastically worsened the user experience (which already wasn’t great to begin with).

    Besides the poor selection of ways to enter information about the purpose of your medical visit, the app experiences intermittent issues with login and submission of claims, things that never have been an issue in the past. Add that to the lack of spell check and the increase of clicks (already so many, and quite a few unnecessary ones!), this app is truly unbearable and wasteful of the end user’s time.

  • No ability to online claim in the app

    In Singapore/Japan there is no ability to do a claim on the app
  • Most frustrating and frankly useless

    Doesn’t say how to get your policy attached to your account in the app. You need to go on to the website and ‘register’. No specific instructions. Just accidentally found it. Then again it doesn’t automatically show up on the app . If you have insurance previously it only shows the last expired certificate but not the current one. Every time you buy a policy when you travel you have to delete the app, reinstall again for the current policy to show up. Very frustrating and such a time waste!

  • Terrible App

    I use an iPhone with iOS 17 and you cannot enter any information in the search provider field and you cannot enter the first three letters of your plan on the app. Have to use a computer. The app does not bring up your keyboard to enter.

  • Most user friendly expense app

    Wished that my work expense system was as straight forward as submitting my medical claims through GeoBlue app. Diggin the GeoBlue app! Solid!
