  • Cannot search for doctor specialty

    Unable to use the non-US provider finder functionality. After selecting provider type of Doctor, the screen that is displayed only shows ‘Obstetrics and Gynecology’. It does not list any other doctor specialty. I tried every menu option to see if I can show other specialties but been unsuccessful. This app is useless to me right now and is frustrating since I’m finding it hard to look for an in-network provider.

    Dear Ed - thank you for your feedback. The specialty screen only shows contracted individual providers near to your set location. While we strive to have contracted providers in numerous specialties available for you, some remote locations are more difficult to fulfill on this than others. In those locations, your next step is to search the Hospitals and other facilities in the app. The specialty you are seeking may be available through a facility. We are working to make this search more integrated and simpler for members. We should explain why there aren't more specialties shown when the results appear as they did for you. Thanks again for you very useful feedback.
  • LANDSCAPE VIEW PLEASE for iPad!

    The app is fine but most, if not all, people use their iPads in Landscape mode! My holder won’t even stand up in portrait mode! Please fix.
  • Could have more functionality

    The app is easy to use - I like the Face ID login and the layout and organization is quite good. But I can’t change my credit card, extend or modify the policy.

    Why the ID card in the App is curtailed at the bottom, the line with coverage dates is missing. Was it intentional?!!

    As a retiree who is technologically challenged the app and process is seamless. Kudos also to your Customer Service Team as I had a very basic question and the entire transaction was handled with painstaking professionalism. I retired from the Service Industry and would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

  • Great support great coverage

    As a international PhD student, our university insurance plan with geoblue provides very good coverage which helps a lot when I was not feeling well in the last three months. It gives me such a relief financially so I can focus on my study instead of all the hassle with medical bills. Great customer support and very good plan coverage with our local clinic and hospital.
