  • Had to put money in my account before I could use to charge

Kind of straight forward, the only thing missing is some FAQ on how this all works, but other then that.

Only downfall is the kw speed (stuck between 6-7) wish it could do more!
  • Complete garbage

Oh my god. It’s so bad, never connects, ever, or maybe 30 min later after restarting it over and over .

    Total abs complete GARBAGE.

Maybe I need to buy this company and put a real dev team on this TRASH.

I’ll give you 10$ for the company. Lol
  • waste of time

Couldn’t activate any of the available chargers after having to download the app and register - wouldn’t scan the barcode on the chargers and then when I choose one by number it just said ‘didn’t work’.
  • Very Frustrating To Use

App is more frustrating than it’s worth. Save time and go to another charging station.
  • App fails to start & poor tech servixe

These charging stations are worthless as can only be started if you Opconnect app works! 75% of time can't get charging station to work and tech support is busy or never calls back. Opconnect is not able to do a remote start so not dependable!!!
  • This is an awful app

Guess they must know most of their stations are broken. Can’t report this in the app.
  • App probably works as well as their charger that robbed me

Each card swipe without the app costs $25, whether the charger delivers any juice or not.

I still haven't seen a refund after I got ripped off by an OpConnect charger this weekend in Hillcrest.

A well earned 1 star for ten minutes I'll never get back and fifty bucks still in limbo.
  • Limited usability

The app basically has no “functionality.” Basically it just tells you when your last charge was and how much you paid. Can’t update billing, add money, or even tell if your car is charging.

Not to mention the stations have multiple bugs in them. They are slow to repair broken LCD screens and non-working stations.

  • Terrible

Chargers didn’t work and charged my card $35 for nothing
  • Variable charge rates

First you have to pay an initial $20 just to register. Then, they don’t tell you amperage of charge or how much an hour is until you plug in your car and login. I just paid $4 for 11 miles of charge. Are you kidding me. I can charge at California peak rates at home for less. I guess I will cancel after I get my 55 miles of charge for $20 already paid. The price per mile is cheaper if I had driven my V8 Toyota. Blink is way cheaper and you know the rate before authorizing the charge.
