  • No Way to Close Account

    I hadn’t used my account in 3 years because I haven’t seen one of their chargers anywhere in that time so I got an email saying my account would be closed. It described a method to close my account and have my money on the account refunded, but the process described does not exist in their app as stated. There is no option to close my account available. Ridiculous.

  • DO NOT USE

    Not only is the app clunky and poorly designed, the services they provide are virtually nonexistent. The chargers are broken or malfunctioning nearly all the time. Their customer service is a joke. They claim to be a start up and ask for patience. but all they do is take your money. I’ve tried to cancel and get a refund. After multiple emails, and phone calls, no response. Apple should be ashamed that they have this app on their platform.

  • DO NOT USE THIS APP

    I downloaded the app, put $20 in my account from my credit card. Out of 4 vacant charging stations all of which showed power to the station none of them worked. I called an asked for a refund of my $20. They disconnected the phone call. I called back and they “put in a request” and said someone would be contacting me. Hours spent trying to get $20 back. This company doesn’t make money selling power they make money taking yours and then saying their chargers don’t work and never refund you. Scam scam scam

  • Hot & steamy pile

    A steaming pile that screams “this is why you buy a Tesla”. Couldn’t charge at either of two stations with a card on file and will an account balance. Messed up the activation of email and cell codes and couldn’t get the screen to populate again until I reset my pw. Just awful. I hope someone’s kid wrote this app as a school project; it’s embarrassing otherwise.

  • Horrible

    Giving this a 1 star because I can’t give negative stars. We had an EV rental in Hawaii. Talked to 4 people including a supervisor and no one could help. Entered 2 tickets to have someone call us back with urgency and 3 days later we are still waiting on that call. Being in Hawaii, our options were slim on where we could charge anyway. Can’t wait to turn this car back in so we don’t have to deal with this company or charging stations again!

  • Crashes on startup so I can’t charge

    An app that doesn’t work is annoying. An app that won’t let you charge when you need to because it crashes is infuriating.

    Don’t rely on these chargers ever.
  • Update borked the app - still borked

    App won’t open with the update. Now on the second pushed update since they borked the app and it STILL fails to open. Why they don’t just allow credit card payments at the stations without the app baffles me and even trying to go through their late-90s design website fails to work. Complete trash.
  • Latest App Keep Crashing

    Latest version of the app continually crashes
  • App login doesn’t work

    This app is useless. Tried creating a login but it instead of sending en email with pin to activate, it texted me the pin instead but the app require you to activate through your email which I never received from OpConnect.
  • Clunky from start to finish

    It’s just not an app built to modern standards. Weird, non-standard processes for setting up an account and payment method. Jittery, inaccurate readings for things like station status or car charging status. Super unclear initial charging process.
