Customer service technicians never call back
Awful customer service. They don’t alert you if they have an outage. You call and get their answering service who aren’t trained to troubleshoot problems. You are told a technician will call you back. This Never happens. No apology and no servicepattilue

my hotel had this charger on-site and i’ve never heard of it but the app was super easy to use (coming from a tech challenged person). there are a few things that can be improved but no complaints from me!pumpkinlin

Worst EV charging service
All the chargers in my area are broken, app has no functionality to determine whether a charger works. Once you load the money in it’s stuck. Don’t load your money in this app then be unable to charge, dodge this company and find another company altogethedandandaniam
Scam!
I had an EV car rental and my hotel had this charger onsite. I preloaded money into the app and charged my car. I had a surplus amount in my account and so I closed it to refund my company credit card. Instead of refunding I was charged the refund amount!!!! What a scam and a nightmare as a business expense to straighten out. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back. Do not use these chargers or this app, there are so many better ones out there.Show lessperiodic_encounters
No pay without account
App is forcing me to make an account so I can pay for charging at a Hotel in Hawaii with a rental car I’m only going to use once, and this is insane. You need to make a check out as a guest feature so I can pay for a one time charge and get on with my day.Epochwanderer

The app is not allowing me to add money to my account. I keep getting g an error that says “response could not be serialized” and there’s no where in the app to to get help. No phone number, no email, no way to connect to anyone!

Absolutely horrible experince
From inconsistent Ui, to account creation that times out and then pin verification is no longer possible. And you can’t log in because account is not verified. Horrible!Shevka
no tech support. do better.
taking the time to rate 1 star & leave a review. the app is very basic but decent for what it’s meant to do. but the issue is with OpcConnect’s complete lack of tech support. i have been basically stranded here in Hawaii (Oahu) twice in the past 3 months at an OpConnect station. the phone app oftentimes does not connect to the station itself which means you cannot charge your car. each time i called customer support who were pleasant but could not help & both times they put a “high priority” ticket to tech support, promising a call back. no one has ever called or emailed me. not one time.Show lessKTF321
Utter garbage
Everything about this system is utter garbage. First of all, the system won’t work at all. I’ve tried to use this app and we’ve also used the card six times now and it won’t even charge our car. Called the helpline multiple times and I’m getting no help whatsoever. The app itself is literally built in Soviet Union back in the 50s. It is so archaic and old. You have to add funds like it’s your high school cafeteria instead of just being charged as you go. Simply so they can keep the extra funds that you don’t use at the end.
