Terrible
Scan the QR code and we can charge your car! Nope. Doesn’t work and I’m not calling a hotline after 30 minutes of messing with it. They have $20 of my money after depositing so hopefully I’ll be able to find a charger that works someday but if you can, avoid this company at all costmurse jake
Call pest control because there’s so many bugs
As a developer myself. If I produced an app this bad I would have been fired. Perhaps that was the case and the company didn’t rebuild a better app.
Charging rarely works. It’ll start multiple sessions. Then you can stop sessions due to the app crashing.
Onboarding experience is nonexistent. You have to figure things out in the wrong order.
Thankfully I’m only renting an EV and not an owner because if I were I would do my best to avoid using this provider.Show lesszspearmint
They bill like crazy
Multiple times our charge has been done, we end the session, remove the plug and leave. They they continue to bill you 6 bucks an hour for parking, in a spot you aren’t using. Because of how their billing works, you wont even be billed for days. Leaving you to either not notice or recognize the charge.

Impossibly bad
How can an app fail so many times and charge over $300 for 3 failed charging attempts?? I would never recommend this app or any charging system that relies on it.peyt.
Already uninstalled
Had to install to try to charge in Arlington Oregon. Never could get it to work, even calling support. Had to drive 30 miles to an electrify America charger.Fred93117

I’m in Hawaii, have an updated iPhone 11, and this app and many of the associated charging stations have been horrible for me

8 times out of 10 times it doesn’t show my active charging sessions

This is the worst app on my iPhone 12 by far. It takes multiple tries every single time to get this to work. It crashes nearly every time. I typically have to try different stations. This app will infuriate you
This app was designed by someone with zero ux or ui experience. In fact, I think this app is actually a test to see how many curse words people know and how long it takes them to get blinding mad. This app seems like it was designed by a DMV employee. It will take 10-15 minutes just to enter your credit card information and navigate the pointless balance setup process.Show lesscslice0
