deposit fail messages

I have been getting message as if the deposit will not work. I have to remember to look a couple of days later to verify the money is there. Everything in the check is correct.

3 attempts to log in

The app is so frustrating. Many times I have to enter my creds three times. The first time it takes the creds and then just returns to the log in screen. The second time the app ends up in a weird web browser like read only state. Then the third time works after you kill the app. 😤

Provided over 40 years of Outstanding Service Service

I have received Excellent banking service along with A1 exceptional outstanding customer services. All the staff members I have encountered over my past 40 +years provide excellent customer services that allowed me and my family to upgrade our quality of life. They satisfied my needs as a young person just starting out in the workforce and are still providing services conducive to my needs during retirement. Kinecta Federal Credit Union former Hughes Credit Union has approved to be the best decision.

Spotty Mobile Deposit

The mobile deposit feature has been updated to automate camera controls. Whenever I attempt to deposit a check using the updated features, I get error messages stating that the interface doesn’t like the date or name on the check. Thankfully there is an option to disregard these “warnings,” but I find it unsettling that the app camera cannot locate the date or name on the face of a document.

Glitchy and slow

It’s important for a banking app to be as efficient as possible and so far this updated one has not been it. Sometimes it randomly won’t let me log in because of a “problem.” I have to identify myself as being human each time. It tends to run slow - even when just opening it. The online bill pay feature is less user-friendly. Zelle isn’t easily accessed. And, finally, it’s not as easy to tell where deposits or withdrawals have been made (as others have mentioned the red and green was so much better). They really built this app up, only for it to be a huge letdown. I waited a few months to give them time to work out the bugs and kinks before reviewing, however this still (really) needs some work, and I’m hoping that they’ll take the feedback here seriously. Not to sound dramatic, but people’s livelihoods genuinely are dependent upon this app running smoothly and efficiently.

Bad

Change the app back to how it was why is everything all small now. Stop changing things leave the app alone! I like how it was before big so you can see! Also stop asking me if I’m a robot every time I sign in you should have a remember this device option.

Banking in app

I used to really love banking in the app, but since they redesigned the app, I hate it. I have one issue or another, every time I try to log on. Sometimes just logging in is the issue. Mobile deposits are non existent for me currently, because of a “bug”. Finding it extremely frustrating to constantly get error messages on what’s supposed to be better. If it ain’t broke why fix it? Well I hope they get it together soon. I’m a big fan of not seeing the inside of my branch, but not an option currently!

Feels like family

Every time I going to the Canoga Park branch, I am pleased that the bank tellers remember my name without even having to put in my car. They made me feel so welcome there and always take care of all my needs the quickest time possible thank you Kinecta

Kinecta App

This app is terrible! I jumped through the hoops twice to be able to use it to make my car payments, still doesn’t work! I’m taking out a loan elsewhere to pay my vehicle off so I don’t have to deal with this company anymore.

Also, some genius decided to lock all accounts that hadn’t been accessed for a year. With automatic payments set up for years, I had no need to access it. Got a notice that my payment was delinquent because all auto pay stopped and told me to set it up through the app, yes, the app that doesn’t work right! Not good business in my opinion.

Not a fan

I am seriously considering leaving Kinecta because of their app not being finished with all the bugs worked out. It is in fact not convenient for banking since it had to change my password 9 times since you updated the app. I can’t change my phone number even tho I asked one of your customer service rep to do it they told me no you can do it no the app. I cannot do it on the app so I am locked out of my own account for no reason. So over all I hate the new banking app and I’m gonna go to Long Beach credit union instead.
