  • App is nice but security is to complicated

    I like the design and convenience. But one you need something more that check you balance… you have to remember many many passwords, smart pins, secret questions… it’s way to complicated. And if you got a mistake… they lock all this special features for 15 days🤦‍♂️ the app is good until that particular moment when you need something more than just checking a balance

  • Very basic app

    If you are using this app for basic banking like check balance, transfer and paying bills, it would be a very good app. I tried many other services but they did not work or even no one even contacted me. Emirates NBD is way behind digital services. Example: apply for supplementry card, once you subit, nothing happens and there is no way to know what should happen next.

  • Transfers bug

    App always asks for ‘city’ in the destination bank screen for international transfer. Even if you select from a previous transfer. The search never finds my bank. This only started occurring some months ago and can only use a laptop for transfers, for some reason this bug is only on mobile devices. Please either fix the bank search engine or recognize previous information entered. Thanks.

  • New Emirates I’d cannot upload

    You need to update the application because the new emirates id is different like photo and other detail is printed in different place so when we try to upload emirates I’d it’s rejected because new id id different then older so you need to update app as per new emirates id print.
  • Very slow!!

    I have been using this app for 2 years now and over the past couple of months it became very slow. Especially when doing transfers / checking balance / credit card statements etc.

    My phone is IPhone 11 so it’s definitely the app and not my hardware.

    Pls fix.
  • App crashing after update

    The app crashes every time I try to make a transaction right after the summary confirmation page. This started after the last update. Please fix the issue
  • Crashes and limitations

    During the registration process the app 1. Crashes when you paste the password from the clipboard, a major issue for people who are using password managers 2. Limits the password to 14 characters only. I want to set a longer password , what is wrong with that? 3. Limits the address field to 25 characters which is barely enough to write UAE’s addresses. 4. Had to reinstall several times since after remembering my email it refused to log me in giving a network error. Worked after reinstalling.

  • Example of a bank that doesn’t care about customers

    I have been a customer of enbd for more than 8 years , however in the only time i raised a complaint, i was treated in the worst way possible .
    - Customer service use the technique of telling you that they will put you on hold and they hung up in your face , this “accident “ happened during the past 3 calls consecutively
    - i tried talking to a supervisor 2 weeks ago and the same thing happened with a twist, “ we will call you back “ was the second disaster . Not only no one called in 2 weeks , but also I reached out twice and they offered me a call back with the supervisor in charge of my case.
    - until now the complaint is open since 2020 and it became clear after multiple calls that mo one in customer service cares about customer
    -Just a note that the complaint is about a miscommunication coming from their side about a charge coming on my account monthly and I didn’t ask a waiver of the fee.
