SmartPass Activation Problem
Hello whenever I try to activate smartpass when I want to proceed on terms and condition page the app exit, It has been the case in ur last few releases, I always try after app update to enable it, and it seems still not fixed. I am using iphoneXwelo_007
MobileApp Poor Quality
The activation of Smart Pass blocked the basic banking functions including adding beneficiary for transfers to other EmiratesNBD accounts. Needed to disable Smart Pass and uninstall app to work again after being on the phone with customer service for 20min. Their original recommendation was to try on laptop which defeats the mobile application. Requiring a original nickname to submit feedback is also annoyingShow lessbk10702
Need to improve utility page
Why the utility once selected goes to end up with date initially. Once u select the date of transaction, sometime it takes hell lot of time to connect to end services. Than it ends up saying ur request under progress, before even entering the value.Real judge

Smart pass enabling crashes app
Hello! Great app! However, there’s a bug that causes the app to crash when trying to enable the SmartPass feature on the login page. The app crashes right after agreeing to the terms and conditions and pressing continue. Please look into it and thanks again!Ahmed from Dubai

Fake claim of direct remit in 60sec
Please remove the poster from app store as you clearly cant fulfill it. Every time i tried to use direct remit it took way way more than 60 sec to transfer the money. For direct remit to pakistan to faysal bank you claim 60sec but it took 5 to 6 hours to transfer and for all other banks you said 1 hour but it took 2 days and this is not only one time it happens to me multiple times. I have even complain about this twice but no respond from your endShow lessMusman32

I couldn't find the features which is available online banking, Such as "Payment for other credit cards within UAE"

Great App
Its a great app but once i find it difficult to add the credit card for other banks and i am not able to pay credit card payment to other bank.Top champion
It's great but no way to categorize transactions.
I would like to see my credit card transactions in categories such as grocery, electronics, utility bills, etc.
All the metadata can be found in the transaction details but the app doesn't make use of it. Most Banking apps in USA do it effortlessly. It's a great way of knowing what my spending behavior is. This app will be perfect if it gets that feature. The app is great otherwise.Show lessWaqarAziz
