Adding an option
Dear your app is good but missing one feature if you add it, it will make it much easier for the users. Add a feature to share or to copy the account number with the IBAN. I hope you will add it in the next update.Ali DXB DXB
Crash on smart pass activation
App is crashing on re-enter Pin screen when I try to active smart pass.
Overall great work. Thanks to providing us great app.@Midren
Smart pass fail
Smart pass crashes when I reconfirm my pin. When I restart says that I need to activate it. But when I try the process again the app says that it has been register by a previous user and that if I were to start again, I will remove the previous registration.
I don’t have access to smart pass. The notification was in my face before. But the feature doesn’t work. I don’t know I will no longer get authorization codes on my phone anymore. I don’t even know how to deactivate smart pass since I don’t know if it’s working or not so that I could go back to the previous version.
Not the best UX/UI integration I’ve seen. Please get an experienced app development team who can execute and troubleshoot to international standards.Show lessdigital-addict

I was doing online money transfer which didn’t go through so I had to write a check.
After couple hours the money was transferred. So I had to chase those people to give me my check back.Ssssssssslim

Half the features do not work
You should fire your QA team. So many bugs and features do not work. I just went through the entire screens to open a fixed deposit and on the last screen it gives me a system error and cannot process your request. User experience in general is poor and unreliable.Gldfalcon
Good but needs more improvements

When checking multiple phone number account balances, if one of them is zero then I cannot move to pay the the other accounts. I must go back to step 1 and unselect the accounts with zero balance.Abdalla123
The smart pass crashes the app in the new version
The last version crashes when I tried to open the smart pass option. The app closes unexpectedly when I open the smart pass menu. I wish the developers can fix this issue ASAP because I can’t use my credit card without this option, especially that I don’t have now a UAE mobile number.Dr. Mostafa Bakr
