  • Poorly designed and painful to use

    App takes forever to launch indicating very poor design. User interface is clunky and non intuitive. Constantly shows messages or alerts even if there are none. The only thing worse than the app is the website which is even slower to load and is even less logically arranged than the app. Both feel like the developers expect the user to learn the “language” of the bank so finding functionality is a painful exercise. I use other banks and frankly their technology will is better.

  • Keep crashing

    Tried to install on different devices. Either get stuck and need to relogin or crash.
  • Best App.

    One of the most secured yet easiest banking App. It has become very slow. Plus I can’t use it on multiple devises.
  • Credit Card review

    You can only see your total outstanding and minimum payment in the card. But if you want to see your current balance there is no option. Ebru month I have to call call center to learn the amount. What’s good of an app if I have to call customer service for simple balance information.
  • Can’t update.

    Today I tried to update my NBD app installed in my iPad but could not , message appear .. connect to WiFi although I was connected to internet by SIM card !
    I deleted the app and tried to down load it again but the message appeared again ( connect to WiFi )
    I don’t know what to do now ?

  • Worse Customer Service Ever

    I visited two different branches and sent six emails to different email addresses given by Emirates NBD employees (if I can even call them like that, since it looks like no one has a clue how to give proper information and do their job) and I still didn’t receive a single answer, even tho it’s been more than three weeks.
    Not to mention my calls to Collections department and Customer service, where they say that they raised a request and someone will give me a call back within two to three days - not a single call back I got regarding my request! This is also ongoing for three weeks now.

    Train your employees to give a proper customer service, like this you’ll keep loosing customers, because other banks are doing a much better job when a question is asked and a proper answer is given.

  • Great app

    Great user interface. It’s intuitive, fast and beautiful. Has lots of key functions. It’s everything I need for banking use.
  • Worst than ever

    By far this is worst banking experience that I have ver had.
    The idea behind the app banking is smart. But it’s seems that it’s wrongly managed. I had lost my debit card and request a replacement. Despite that they charge me twice. It’s been almost 2 months and no card received. Now the attempt to charge me once again is ongoing. But instead I transfer my balance and I’m closing this account.
    Chatting with a human will take from 3 to 6 days to get them respond. If you will try to call to talk to someone that’s another story. Guess what there is no one to talk to.

  • App is hanging on ipad

    The app hangs on ipad after sometime. This happened to my friend as well who has an ipad. Please check
  • Not cool

    A message was sent that system update will be on the 7th from 2 am till 11 pm. We are on the 8th now and no one can access their account ,not thru the app or the atm . I can’t use the card for my appointment... we have to use our card with the world situation. This needs to be fixed asap
